Every time he appears on-screen, the buffoonish author felt the need to make him overtly sexualized and clearly a pedophile. And this all for the sake of being facetious? Utterly repulsive. I suppose it was too easy to just simply make him sadistic. What really gets me is the staggering amount of favorites this sick character has. How can anyone genuinely like a character that is an actual pedophile that gets off on hurting children? The author, whether intentional or not, is clearly promoting pedophilia through his disgusting attempts at making light of the issue. How he fails to realize this is beyond me. In short, I am dropping this series. This episode, displaying Hisoka having an implied orgasm was the last straw. Despite its great potential, I cannot in my right mind support a show that makes light of pedophilia. *reads comment then looks at avatar*  One of the best uses of sarcasm I've ever seen. |

Just because he's all of the above doesn't make him not charismatic or entertaining to watch. The author certainly doesn't condone his behavior or lifestyle. It would be one thing if he were real. It's another thing entirely to dissociate yourself to fiction. Lol. |

| We FINALLY get to see Hisoka shooting his sticky goo in Gon's face! Yes! He goes full pedo there, but I find it hilarious. He's such a fun character! /edit: On my rewatch I completely forgot about this episode and how perverted Hisoka acts. I am rewatching it with my mom right now and I thought it got weird when Hisoka starts moaning with pleasure, but my mom just loves Hisoka even more now. He's her favorite character! And I think back then he was mine, too. This fight was super fun and one of my favorite parts of HxH! It truly marks the point when the series went from "good" to "amazing"! |

| Gon might've lost on account of that referee who ended the fight as soon as he could because of how enormous gap between each other's skills are but he finally got to pay back the favor by giving him a lot more punches to the face to pay for the interest. It's a shame that they didn't go for the top floor but I guess that there's not much point in doing so because of their more important goals in mind. Off to Whale Island! |

| Awesome fight, I appreciate the referee ending it quickly for Gon's safety. Hisoka was getting too excited, I was physically cringing and laughing at the same time lmao can't wait to see where this goes.
