| Indeed, this episode's content could easily be concentrated in twice as less screen time. I'm usually not worried about shows taking their time, on the contrary it's quite the opposite, but it's different when it comes down to one-cours. |

| kinda makes me wonder what riko would've done without reg's arms also how do these people have so much faith in these two youngers to go into the depths of hell when they themselves probably couldn't survive it, these kids are brave man. | Well, as I have not much to write this time.. I'll say that I since episode 1 think about Abyss also as resembling Ocean system, to be honest.. If you know, the deeper you'll get - the more dangerous creatures live in the ocean.. As well as closer to surface waters are more easier on the humans of course.. What I want to say - that there are mixes of these things in anime sometimes.. Mixes of truth and science, and our culture.. With something new.. Like ocean system.. Or height and atmospheric pressure.. Maybe partially inspired or something.. |

| Fine episode overall, but definitely too much padding was there with the pauses to stall for time. The flow of the episode felt a bit awkward and disjointed due to how forcefully slow it was at times, but at least the content itself remained to be fairly good nonetheless for the starting point of the adventure. It was nice seeing Habo send Reg and Riko off while at the second layer without having thoughts about capturing them and taking them back. I do hope to see the Whistle system be handled a bit better or clearer, but otherwise, pretty solid stuff again. Nice production as usual. |

| Another beautifully made and wonderful episode. Habo's a solid dude. The second layer is gorgeous yet eerie. |
| Think leader would regret it letting two kids go on their own to those never ending depths of abyss. But yeah atleast for now it started, their journey. |

| Another cute episode. So far... everything seems to be going well. But, Uncle Habo has warned us about the journey further and he's a very nice person. I hope we get to see more of him in the future. I think the White Whistle dude down there is not a good news. |

| Going down and down to the abyss is going to be such a bop sooner enough than later. Feels like things could get a bit dark or darker throughtout the future episodes because they're abt to enter down to the second layer. |
