| Ohh this was exciting! Poor Hana, I wanted to punch those little kids. I'm glad she's no longer with them, and Michiko is so amazingly hot. She's has the personality I love, and so does Hana. A great combination. I want more! I underestimated the show, too bad I hadn't watched it sooner. This is definately a storyline I'm going to enjoy. |

| This anime looks extremely promising. It's managed to make me pretty angry already, in the first episode, just watching Hana get abused. Plus, it looks like it has the capacity to be really funny. Looking forward to the rest. |

I loved it. Its rather rare for me to like any female heroine more than most male heros, but she is just way too cool. :) the story looks very promising!!! |

| Good first episode to draw in viewers I thought. Start out with a nice, though too short, action scene with the jailbreak. Then play the sympathy card to have you root for Hatchin. I was surprised to see mention of her being a weak character as I saw her as being the opposite and doing what she had to for survival. That jerk priest even mentions that kids in that area normally had to sell their bodies or organs for survival. I wished and still hope for more retribution for that shitty family. Even though I knew it would not happen the fact that they even intimated that Maria would burn her face with the iron made my jaw drop for a sec. |

| have to say, i thought it was awesome for a first episode, definitely did what it was supposed to do: pulled me in and made me want to watch what happens next. Really like how "badass" michiko seems so far, though it is kinda hard to believe that michiko is hachikos mother, seeing as they look nothing alike, but then again it is an anime and genetics are generally disregarded in those. |

| Can't believe I save this on my hard drive for nearly a year. I enjoy the uniqueness of the characters and the location of the place! I like Hatchin, she had ever right to beat that nerd up! The mother is hot and badass! Enough SAID! Most badass char I ever seen, maybe even more so than Leavy from Lack Lagoon! |

| suprisingly i hadn't heard of this anime, i actually just stumbled across it having a search on what to watch next... and i must say judging from that first episode, i can see myself liking this one... fantastic OP and ending, lovely animation... and what could potentially be a very good storyline... Hanna is dead cute, and I was totally rooting for her when she kicked that shit out of that sadistic brat Maria, felt so sorry for her :( and of course Michiko looks like she's one tough momma! Great first episode, *loads epsiode 2* |
| this episode was real as fuck my momma was in jail a while back and when she was in jail she was pregnant with my sister and when my sister was born me and her were in a foster family together and the reason they adopted us was the same as hana's except i reported they asses when i was 10 and now we got a good family but enough about me its just this anime brought back those memories |

| waaaaa. I love it already!! It was very frustrating her getting bullied by the ENTIRE family. I was all "you go girl" when she started hitting Maria. Stupid brats, I hope she would of hit both of them. Anyways, whoo, I forgot what her name is, but Hana's supposed mother is really pretty! the art looks good on her, and of course Hana is very cute too! love her twin puffs! Oh and best of all it is set in a central/south american country. I just don't know which, but they have hispanic names, or most of them do. |

| I'm under impression that Hana bitchslapping her sister and a guy coming to pick her up were just her imagination. She said "that would never actually happen" implying the events were not real. Moreover, I don't think her evil sister would let it slip if she was actually beaten by Hana. I might be wrong though. Off to the next episode! |
| Loved the first episode. I hated that family, I was so happy when she punched the girl. I would have loved to see the little boy beaten up though, he deserved it the most. I agree with xchee about a Michiko to Hatchin and Black Lagoon crossover. Michiko x Revy would be badass. |

| That episode was ok. It was kind of boring. I felt like they were trying a bit to hard to make you feel bad for the girl because some of the situations she was in with the the other kids were very unlikely to happen even though the parents didn't care about her. |
