| I think this is somewhat interesting. It's really harsh to judge the show overall with just the first episode but then it has to set the standard for the next ones. It was ok for me, kind of confusing at first but I get the story somehow. Like someone said, give this a chance because maybe this episode is the only confusing part and the rest will improve. I'm definitely sticking with this. Also, I found it funny that if you shorten the title, it would be called LOL Heroes ^^" |

| Well really nice animation. But there was too much idle talk. Way too many boring moments and overall just damn boring. + the jokes were TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! How can such a thing be allowed for release? T_T |

| The first episode was a little bit of a disappointment. They shouldn't have started with a sidestory. I hope next episode is good. Well I will watch this series for sure no matter how bad it is since it is the only series I was looking forward to this season |

I think I'll give it another chance though and wait to see if it gets any better... for now this episode gets a 2/5 and overall a 5/10 for me. It doesn't make any difference and some things are so generic. | Jesus, I'm not actually even sure what the show was trying to accomplish. I've heard that second episode makes bit more sense so I guess I'm not hammering it down before that. So far, I have absolutely nothing to say. That's pretty bad. |

| Nice first episode, a little hard to follow, but I think I'll enjoy this show. But, since FUNi picked it up, maybe I'll wait for the dub. I definitely be watching the second ep, and decide from there. Urahara Out!! |

| Well, nice to see a show with a title like that isn't completely serious but unfortunately for the most part I thought the humor fell flat. Good vocal cast, the king fighting against corruption and to renew his kingdom is interesting, and the relic was pretty damn awesome. |
| I liked this so far. It's reminiscent of Slayers, and the fairly wide cast of characters seems promising. I like the character designs and the seiyuu (yay Jun Fukuyama and Daisuke Ono!). It's been a while since I watched a straight-up fantasy anime, so I hope this one turns out well -- or at least is a pleasant time waster along the lines of something like Night Wizard. |

| This was so derp, but awfully entertaining. The comedy parts were better than most of the comedy anime this season. [coughcoughseitokaicoughcough] Animation's pretty good, nothing special. Action scenes are animated very well. I don't understand the story very well, but whatever, I loved this episode. 5/5 Didn't expect this to be so legendarily awesome. |

| Woah, awesome. Way better than I expected. Hope to watch the second episode later today XD OP and ED were good too I like the magic + fighting style (RPG much?) and the character of both mains so far. Hope it continues to be a legendary legend! XD |

| Having the title - The Legend of the Legendary Heroes was a bit corny but what the heck, the story matters the most. Ryner being a comedian from beginning to end. His greatness end at the Relic battle lol The ending format was from?? any US staff |

| Yeah the pacing was a bit rushed i thought, kind of introducing so many things at once. I loved the animation quality though and all the characters magic spells that they possess and the relics were pretty awesome. Not much really to say in terms of story cause its only the first episode |

| OK I just had to get this out... Episode 1 was OK, pretty enjoyable in fact, and I'm definitely gonna keep watching. But man................they totally overdid the tragedy/profundity. I wish it'd been more subtle and just better done, but instead I started to laugh when the king reunited the kid and his sister. It was just extremely cheesy and cliched, though the anime kind of made it seem like it was meant to be touching. The ending scene seems like the main character went through a tragic event in his life with a lot of people dying, but that was also too rushed. This anime should've taken pointers from Gundam for sentimentality. |

| Oh my god. The first 30 seconds or so were amazing, then in a blink of an eye it swiftly degraded into cliche anime bullshit/fail Japanese humor. Why could it just not have stayed awesome and gritty like the brief intro scene? I facepalmed so hard, and even harder when the anime faces started. Another potentially amazing series ruined by Japanese antics. |
