| The first scene of this episode confused me (I even read the VN), but after thinking a lot, this scene could work in future episodes(I have some theories about it), but we have to wait how they'll handle this. Overall is a very good episode with some misterious things that will be answered after. I have the same feeling of confusion as i had with the original 12 episodes. |

| Great episode. We're seeing Okabe still sturggle with how to handle his relationship with AI Makise and now is helping Suzuya out with finding Kagari who she got split up with when time traveling. Seems like she's even closer than they thought by the end of this episode. Am very much looking forward to the next one. |

She obviously has red hair very intentionally, either because it is some relation to Kurisu, or because it's a red herring (would that be a "red hair-ing"?... | Reading Steiner applied without Okabe knowing why, a mysterious girl named Kagari who came to the past together with Suzuha, and I can already see a "oh fuck" if Okabe tells Amadeus to search for info about her in that database, four episodes in and this is already so tense, I love it. |

| Damn that felt short, I need moreeeee. Things are getting more packed with mysteries, the sudden Reading Steiner?, although the phonewave doesn't exist anymore in his current worldline, leskinen suspicious appearance?, now they're searching for a lost girl, and moeka, the one Daru called for specialist? They're back with the cicadas sounds, the pale color scheme and lighting effects, the nostalgia of original steins;gate is strong in these. Though it's only showed for the worldwar and suzuha flashback. So looking forward to see this effects again on next episodes. Can someone clarify this, is suzuha(SG;0,beta) the john titor of 2000(beta worldline, fixed the 2yk problem) that okabe remembers in the original steins;gate before he met suzuha and her real identity as john titor of 2010(alpha worldline). Cause its where okabe asked if Daru knows about John Titor of 2000 and he also asked suzuha if she gone first to 2000, though Suzuha answered something like she didn't maybe another of her go on that year. |

Some readers are just confused, because the last episode featured mainly events from X-Day Protocol which is part of the second mainroute(V&A), while this episode followed the first mainroute(PR). Both routes have an diverging point with Amadeus at the shrine a few days before XMas in the VN: -> turning off Amadeus call -> Reading Steiner happens? -> PR Route without XMas Party -> accepting Amadeus call -> Reading Steiner doesnt happen -> time passes -> V&A Route with XMas Party when Reading Steiner finally occurs -> accepting Amadeus call -> Reading Steiner doesnt happen but something else(Spoiler) -> time passes -> V&A Route with XMas Party when Reading Steiner finally occurs -> True Ending(MWC) Both Reading Steiner Events have something to do with WW3, but the first one is just a lesser version of the anime telling "something" happened with leaving Okabe and readers confused, while the 2nd one on the XMas Party shows what happened with Okabe knowing it. So Anime Viewers got a better sneak peak. PR -> V&A -> MWC is the true route order, so dunno why some expected V&A. The anime version has a different pace, so they kinda took a shortcut by making the XMas Party as the only diverging point for both routes including the true ending trigger. So some VN readers expected the Reading Steiner to take the form of Pandoras Box within V&A Route and not just a sneak peak that barely happened at the shrine way before the XMas Party which leads to the events of this episode. Its imo a good change, because this makes the diverging point easier to grasp for anime viewers later on as the XMas scene leaves a stronger impression to fall back later on to lead into the events of the second mainroute straight to the true ending. Its basically a smart streamlining of an overly complicated diverging. |

| The WWIII scene was just a teaser. I was confused why they showed it tho, the atmosphere and the feeling when I played the VN was fantastic at this point. i guess they will come back to it later. I am also starting to think that a big surprise waits for us - Especially something the VN-readers do not expect :P |

They already adapted the first scene as teaser unlike the VN did at the original divergence point to make the beginning of Pandoras Box stronger. So they can pretty much straight continue it after PR Ending, just not sure how they will handle a certain X-Day Protocol scene that was referenced in Pandoras Box but didnt happen in the anime yet. Thats gonna be a bit interesting, when they reach this point. It sounds like some VN readers made the mistake of reading Pandoras Box before PR, so they forgot that the Shrine Reading Steiner originally happened before this major shift and not leaving much of an impression. While the anime uses it as a single divergence point. |
