Honestly I know not to get to ahead of myself when it comes to productions throwing popular names into a project, but this just seems like sensible casting and staffing that has demonstrated excellence in the roles they've been assigned and have in many cases worked well together before. It's not just a kit bash of popular names and it makes sense to have these people in show together or in their respective roles. Ando/Ooshima is a classic team going back to the days of FMA and Saori Hayami as the princess heroine is pretty much her bread and butter kind of role. I'm not normally one to be interested in Shoujo but I've kind of been in the mood for something a little different and this is worth checking out at the very least. |

| Sounds pretty interesting. And it's being done by Bones. As much as I enjoy all the stuff Bones is currently putting out, for some reason I really want to see another season of Eureka 7. I might be the only one, but I don't care. Noragami S2 would be good too. |

Mostly it's similar because...red hair female mc XD And a historical fantasy setting. Akagami no Shirayukihime is more slice of life, whereas although the pacing is moderate, AnY has a plot. Akagami no Shirayukihime mostly has a nice and relaxing tone to it :) And it also actually has romance!!! Though it might not get there in the anime. |

| I'm sooo happy for the mangaka. Hopefully this will be an adaption worthy of the original. There was a different announcement once which I first misunderstood thinking this work was getting an anime back then, so I'm relieved it's for real this time. XD Edit: Coincidentally, I just now found out that the heroine's seiyuu will be the same as Yui's. That may not be too bad of a choice~ |

OnoD sounds good for Izana, any of the cool sounding deep voices would work, like Nakamura Yuuichi. As for Mitsuhide, I think Hosoya Yoshimasa would be a good choice, or maybe Maeno Tomoaki, Hino Satoshi. Kiki...yeah not to sure either. Maybe Satou Rina? Agreed with the low and mature part though. You forgot Obi ;) Someone who can sound playful and not necessarily a deep voice, somewhere in the middle perhaps? Suzuki Tatsuhisa or Yusa Kouji type comes to mind. Well looking forward to the announcements for these characters, and maybe I'll hit at least one of them lol. |

Playful and nonchalant and can say "miss" or "mistress" casually. (It's not that I didn't forget him, it's just that the rest of my list would slowly turn into a description of voices instead of VA's I think would fit the characters.) ;) I mean, we've got Raji, Ryuu, Garack, Marquis Haruka, Mihaya, Kiharu, Sakaki, and many extras. |

| I will probably stick with the manga for a while since it's going to be animated by BONES. Happy for the fans though who are looking forward to the anime, personally I am not. Would have preferred Studio Peirrot after the way they have handled AkaYona recently. |
