| Nice chapter. Almost perfect adaptation of the light novels, A-1 Pictures is doing an awesome job in this aspect. Is good that they learned from S1... ¡Just waiting to see Death Gun in action! |
| I can't help to find this episode beautifully well done.....so much feels and Kirito showing his fear.I'm loving Sinon more and it seems like she is starting to have feelings for Kirito which is not a surprise. |

Now finally in this episode we able to see his "human-side" and his low self esteem. Although it was blown away again when he destroy green-hair-girl in mental war. he realy a natural play boy. but i like this much more than Tokyo Ghoul where the MC just completely hae low self esteem and spineless etc etc /oot They did touch upon it in S1 with his mental breakdowns in SAO, but not enough. He did not really "beat" Sinnon - Sinnon beat herself, so to say. |

| It looks like Death Gun really got to Kirito and made him freak out. The flashback was pretty interesting seeing the old group again and them fighting. Kirito must have ridiculous reflexes if he can slice a bullet in half from 10 meters. |

| I knew something wrong with kiritos head, it's fucking massive, you can easily tell when that cheating bastard was holding sinon close with both their heads in the frame, I'm pretty sure it's at least a 1/3 bigger than sinon, and I'm pretty sure it's all in the forehead. |

| Pretty good portrayal of Kirito's past traumas. Both Sinon and Kirito are on the same boat when it comes to murdering people. One sided romance was expected :P. Decent episode but wish there was more quality swordplay animation. |

Hell the only reason he even entered GGO is due to his issues with death. This simply showcases that its far bigger than just "killing one person". And expands upon the shit that SAO arc adaptation cut out. |

| Nice, I like how they actually showed the flashback in the episode instead of just mentioning it like in the novels. Although I like Kirito showing remorse and guilt and being humane, I don't like how the author just shoe-horned that in. I mean, he was perfectly fine with having killed three people in the previous arc. Otherwise, I am glad over A-1 Pictures adapation. The pacing is enough for development to build. |

| First half was a nice flashback and character building scene with Kirito and the Laughing Coffin raid. That really has come back to haunt him huh. Second half duel was :heh: Kirito being Kirito. Swooning da gurls. |

| Wow they're really going to cover the entire arc... I remember in the novels, the hatred Sinon had for Kirito lingered for quite some time. Here they made it seem like she instantly forgave him. |

They way i think it works in other tournaments is that the qualifying round not only decides the best players, who then move on to the main event, but it also serves in deciding initial match ups/ placement in the main event. Ie - the strongest usually matching up with the weakest from another group. So by winning the final round, Kirito's next opponent should be a bit easier than Sinon's. Theoretically. As for how they judge the strength of the players, well you got me. Statistics i suppose. |
