| Brandish is back this season. She had a history with Lucy so it's kinda interesting to see them interact again. Glad Erza is back facing off against Kiria again. Can't count out Wendy too as she is still badass this season. I don't like that Touka girl though. Every time she is on screen, seems her head is wondering about Natsu or some other shit. Gajeel still suspects she has ulterior motives. |

| The Erza fight was well animated J.C Staff is cooking!! Fire Dragon King Purgatory was nice !! I prefered the manga panel of that but the Anime still did a good job |

Seeing Erza so submissive feels so utterly wrong, literally being put on a leash and treated like a dog, just feels disgusting to look at. It literally feels morally repugnant to look at. It just feels like the bad kind of fanservice.

| man there was a lot of stuff i liked about this episode!! i’m enjoying this adaptation overall. they’re averaging about 3-4 chapters per ep which is great pacing, and the remixed OSTs sound beautiful!! was bittersweet seeing brandish again tho we seem to be following the [lose easily -> come back and win easily] fairy tail pattern… haha glad all the jellal/laxus/gajeel stuff got resolved in a single ep split personality for touka is a cool idea. the white mage seems super OP as is, excluding the water dragon god powers she got. sounds like her goal is the destruction of fairy tail. at least she’s captured for now i ship laxus/mira btw not laxus/touka. could change erza’s belserion blade is cool. nice throwback to the irene fight! |

| Damn we got cockblocked from a Jellal vs Laxus, that would have been awesome. I knew Natsu at peak form wouldn't lose against those three, glad that he was shown to be superior when no tricks are involved. So Touka has two personalities? Really curious how the whole thing with the white mage will go down, because throwing such a concept out of the blue like that felt sudden. |

| Nice to see Brandish is doing well and all. But why the hell are her boobs bigger than her own head xD Anywho, Touka's been caught at last. Though, it seems she isn't the bad guy herself, but an alter ego inside of her? Interesting to see where they'll take this, seeing as she's playing a pivotal role this season so far and in the future it seems. |

| It really pissed me off to see Erza treated like that. She’s one of my favorite anime characters period, so I’m looking forward to the harshest revenge possible. Everything about this episode was hype though. We even got introduced to another plot thread, finding Aquarius, which I assume will tie in to the 100 years quest somehow. (9/10) |

| @a0o-kun I agree! It was annoying to see Erza like that it seemed out of character behavior that wasn´t the Erza we know Yep Hiro loves to do these *fanservice* xD I´m surprised they handled the Erza battle scenes very well much better compared to the final season studio Erza´s battle scenes |

| So Erza was the sith lord and cause of all evil acitivities all along. Random brandish appears, haha. All this is so dumb and yet so funny to me, I love it. Feels so familier like all the past adventures. Good ol fairy tail (Edit: But yes, a little less fanservice for the future is also appreciated.) |
| Yeah, good ol' fairy tail episode. I keep wondering why they keep holding back their powers but it's definitely for fanservice moments like these, lmao. Jokes aside, it was nice to know the fate of some of the antagonists from the OG's final series events. And a little hand to begin the counterattack too, how nice of her! Mystery surrounding the White Mage continues, I thought for sure Detective Gajeel would be missing because of the Erza x Jellal hints. Poor Laxus deserves more love, lol. |

| Poor Erza. She's one of my favorite characters of all time so seeing her get this kind of treatment... grrr... In the Tower of Heaven arc when she was frightened without her armor it revealed a new side of her character and helped sell the threat of Jellal. This is just for cheap fan service and laughs. I know it's Fairy Tail, so I'm not taking it too seriously, but still. Hopefully she at least gets some major payback. Overall I enjoyed it, though. The OST was really on fire this episode, I loved that slow rendition of the Fairy Tail theme with the violin and then the battle theme when they got free and confronted the enemy. The battles were cool, some good laughs (I cracked up at Natsu and Wendy out of the blue adopting Madmole's "-cha" and Levy's shot about Gajeel's smile), the development with Touka was interesting and I'm glad they didn't drag it out, between Detective Gajeel for an episode or two and Jellal showing up it felt just right. Really digging the pace of this season so far. Two good episodes in a row. Rooting for the season to keep it up. |

| I love kiria Sama so such.. She is the most exciting member of the dragon eaters. The other two are just boring as characters... The first part was nice with erza and kiria. Some secrets were revealed about the white magician. I loved the fan service but dint like the fact it's was erza.. I think kiria doing all that fanservice to lucy would have been more appropriate. |

| @Myetx in these intial chapters of 100 Years Quest the fanservice was kinda extreme but later on it returns back to the usual fanservice not this level of fanservice like Erza & Kiria |

With this pace, 25 episodes gonna be only the first season, but will have adapted half of the manga right ? i suppose so! i wonder if they’ll keep up this pace is the season confirmed for 25 eps? |
