| Now that the show got its introduction out of the way, it went deeper into its plot elements dealing with dolls and spirits. I'm starting to think Yayoi riding in a car is becoming more or less like a meme though. Somewhat of a creepy imo but the dark comedy lightened up the mood in some ways. |

| As we learned last episode Keitaro was cursed years ago and receives exorcisms at his grandmother’s shrine. She once warned him not to enter the basement. I really like Yayoi a lot. She possesses a mischievous nature, and her deadpan remarks never fail to amuse me. However, she should exercise caution when interacting with Keitaro's grandmother, for she is an indomitable force. Speaking of Keitaro, his hand is in a state of disarray, and it's no wonder he requires periodic exorcisms. He seems to attract supernatural occurrences like a magnet. That cursed doll nearly had him, were it not for the intervention of our remarkable Yayoi. The way she skillfully bound the doll with Keitaro's severed nerves was truly awe-inspiring. These spirits ought to fear her—fear her immensely Was hoping for more Eiko faces too! |

| WTF THAT HAND It's so damn creepy it sent shivers down my spine. I felt it in my whole body damn it. It will haunt me in my dreams now. Eesh That doll is quite creepy too. I never noticed Yayoi's shoes. They are so goofy lol. That ending! Yayoi is an absolute menace. This has to be one of the best new anime this season for me. Probably the first time I was so creeped out (in a good way) by an anime. So happy that this will be 25 episodes. |

| That doll stuff was beyond creepy, but to watch Yayoi come and stomping the living life(if there was such a thing) out of the doll was even more creepier. Also goodness Keitaro is now aware of Yayoi's grand collection, smh dude better stop tutoring her. I mean it ain't just Yayoi but Eiko doesn't seem very human to me as well. God better look over this dude. |

| Oh boy Keitaro's hand looked nasty. He almost got done in by the cursed doll but thankfully Yayoi, as astute as she is, came to the rescue. The end of the episode was pretty creepy, that's quite the collection Yayoi has. |

| Yeah i'm not feeling this one at all, For an anime with its purpose being scary and creeping you out i don't feel anything watching it, Its kinda like Yami Shibai but worse, atleast Yami Shibai had that unique visual that could kinda make me shiver with some of its stories told, here its incredibly tame, when something scary happens the loli comes saving the day killing all ambience posing in, the dolls with the red eyes surrounding the mc could have been the start to something more interesting, but i guess for tv they can't show something truly scary + this is probably pointed for teens so its not all that surprising. Still it seems like this a popular anime so this kind of horror seems to work on some people ,too bad i was excited for an horror anime that's apparently scary, guess i'll stick to Junji Ito's stories. |

| I am really enjoying this show so far. It is a nice blend of styles and tones that keeps it interesting. The horror parts of the show are creepy (without being oppressive), but I could see those aspects easily being ramped up if the stakes are increased. But no real complaints so far. |

| I could understand Keitaro's grandma for not favoring this little girl. But she did save him that makes her reliable. I haven't read the manga. Eiko is still a mystery, I think there's more to her than just a normal girl who can't sense spirits. |

| A little late to this one due to Dead & Company’s final show of their final tour, I don’t usually like going off topic in these anime discussions but since it’s the last show I felt like mentioning it, they also have dead in the name which ya know, skeletons are kinda spooky lol. This was a good one too, we met Keitaro’s grandma and witnessed the exorcism Keitaro has to go through, and it involves his fucked up hand which isn’t all that was gross, but also the procedure he goes through as well which I couldn’t help but imagine if the explanation painted the picture correctly lol. And of course Keitaro gets hijacked by the most dangerous doll from the haunted doll cellar lol, the scene with the hair was pretty cool there, but thankfully Yayoi was there once again to bust the ghost. And that scene at the end when Keitaro got to see Yayoi’s room was a spooky one for sure, and the fact Eiko never has any bad experiences with it makes it even more sus lol. And that was a very nice ED, the visuals and song were pretty fitting, and while I think I’d prefer a spookier song like something Higurashi-ish I still really liked it. |

| This show manages to have a few comedic parts here and there but it doesnt affect the creepy feeling they try to create. Creepy is the correct term to describe this anime... It's not scary but its creepy af. |
