| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This episode feels like it serves as a celebration to the audience with their singing talent. Ophelia is also back on stage. Vivy as usual took her job very seriously. I do also find it amusing how much personality they gave to an AI, to make it seem more like a human character. |

| That was one hell of an episode. Starting with Diva having this big character change which made it seem like she got reformatted. Later turns out that she did indeed get restarted. Matsumoto also got a weird change in character. Like why does he suddenly care for Diva? Just force her to do your bidding like the previous episodes. This time seems to be the opposite of ep1 where Diva instead insists on helping. Ophelia going to commit suicide sure was a shock. Wonder what happened for her to do such a thing. |

| Funimation Fucking up yet again and don’t have the episode up lol. 80 dollars a year for this BS Alright episode is FINALLY up on funi. Shoutout to the dude last week who predicted Vivy killing AI from last week would cause her to have an identity crisis. Really good setup episode for next week’s new challenge, preventing the first AI suicide. After last week’s pain and suffering we deserved a nice, slower and more fun episode, definitely got that this week with Diva’s performances. |

| So Diva got reformatted after the huge shock from the suicide last ep. Hopefully she'll not break again after recovering that painful memory Ophelia tops the cute list for the Sisters at the moment, but holy hell the Singularity Point this time is her suicide?! |

| The beginning with Bivy singing was pretty dope. That song was really good. Also, there seems to be a change in her personality. She looks much happier which is sweet. We also got to meet Ophelia, another AI. She seems clumsy but adorable. It was fun to see that Vivy also cares about if someone called her 'old' just like humans. Ophelia's singing is beautiful just like her. Vivy doesn't remember anything, even Matsumoto. Her memories are all gone. It's funny to see how much she changed after what happened in the last episode and how much of a girl she's acting like now. |

| Things are getting really interesting. I liked the interaction between Diva and Matsumoto. Oh, no. Poor Ophelia must be protected! She's so precious. It was cute when she called Diva her big sister. Her performance was also beautiful. I love her voice. |

| Interesting change of character for both Vivy and Matsumoto. I wonder how vivy will end up by the end of the season considering she’s been developing for 60 years already now, and how much her old memories will play into it |

| This turn of events huh.. guess they are keeping in touch with Vivy's human(?) nature.. tho.. i would say.. i like this Vivy then a depressed and silent one.. it almost hurts to imagine that Vivy went into shock from the events in the previous episode.. Also.. Ophelia got some sweet ass voice! |

| So that shock at the end of episode 6 was too much for her to bear, she froze, had to reboot and lost her memories in the process, wow. I do like this new Vivy personality but I loved the old Vivy more so please comeback. I never really like the amnesia trope so I really hope the old Vivy will be back soon. Matsumoto and Vivy interactions were amusing in this epi. Also woa AI suicide? Why thou? |

Matsumoto is a bastard, but he cares for her as she is crucial to the mission. Maybe, he is evolving past his original programming as well and developed certain attachment to her in the past decades. I can't recall how many years have passed since Metal Float but I guess that was 15, 20 years before? |
| This episode wasn't anything special, but still engaging, especially the new mission sounds interesting. Was also nice to see a different Vivy for a change...yeah nice and weird..weirdly nice. |

| That concert sure was a great way to start the ep with. So that was the main stage huh. Still after the reboot looks like she's lost all her memories. Ophelia's song though really was impressive. Still she's rather clumsy huh. Still Vivy enacting the devil's equation was one hell of an action. Looks like she's lost none of her persistence either. Vivy's interrogation of Matsumoto really was well done. While her memories are still locked i guess its nice that her trademarked determination and desire to find the truth is still here. Their next mission though sure is quite unusual one but one that i hope they succeed in. Overall an interesting ep that featured quite a display of Vivy and Ophelia's singing abilities via their assigned singers that combined well with the tension and witty dialogue that Matsumoto and Vivy exchanged after their reencounter. |

| I like that this episode went on a different direction rather than simply upping the ante from the last episode. Guess next episode will deal with more personal matters. Also did we just get two new songs? |

| my prediction for the coming episodes: the suicide will trigger diva's memories. and she'll go like: “Yo ophe, in the past, some dude died and i felt bad and kinda crashed. Can you not be cringe and not erase yourself?” and then ophelia will be like. "ight sure sis, you my homie. my sister from another factory" and then we will not cry at the end of this arc. |

| Well last time was NieR:Automata now it sounded more like Macross F but without the mecha/space opera elements. I really rejoiced when Matsumoto appeared. Ophelia, hummm. Who would be the local version of Hamlet? Vivy, the director (or he is Polonius here), the audience? |
| A very different, change of tone episode compared to the rest of the series, particularly due to the shock Vivy experienced in the final minutes of the previous episode probably affecting her memories for the most part and just rebooting the whole system in the process to have a new Diva here (although she has faint memories since she did see a person who the old Vivy saw a few times that she slightly remembers but can't recall). Pretty refreshing episode although definitely not the most interesting 20 minutes the show's produced. I however, am curious to see the next episode and the direction the story takes there. Decent stuff overall. |

| They pulled the amnesia plot device with a time skip. It makes sense that she was reset after the trauma of killing one of her younger sisters and witnessing the scientist kill himself, but it is still an overused plot device. Nevertheless, the song performances were still good and Matsumoto great as usual. |
| Imo it is "normal" that AI is more like human. They are in human communities and as they are more advanced, AI is more like human. Even nowdays ppl tries to make AI to act like us. |
| This was a nice change from the super serious stuff from some past episodes and I really enjoyed it. I'm honestly curious how they are gonna wrap things up but we still have time left and knowing that the series has been pretty solid for me overall, I think I would be fine with whatever it'll be. 5/5 |
