Skip OP/ED. Even skipping only the ED saves about 1m30/episode, which saves 1h15. Then have everything ready in the room. Soda bottles, snacks etc. Only move to go to the toilet(hardcore people skip this as well and pee in bottles). If you want to eat something warm, then go for pizza or something that allows you to watch anime while it's cooking. And here comes the hardest part imo, which is not to be distracted by every other thing you could be doing on your computer. This is more easily achievable by watching HYPED, fast-paced show like say KlK, sport anime, marathoning One Piece etc. As long as it's fast-paced, you'll be up for another round because of the "I just can't stop here" feeling. This also conceals tiredness. In the end, it's all about wanting to watch more while optimizing your time. |

| I watched all 26 episodes of Evangelion + the End movie in one day. It was super fun but not sure if it's something I have the endurance for again. (I usually average 6-8 episodes I think; I watched Death Note over like 3-4 days and Paranoia Agent over like 2) I prefer binge-watching shows over watching when they're airing but even then, 26 episodes and a movie were a LOT for me lol |

| I can't remember how many episodes I marathoned in one day way back when I was still new to anime. I remember it being a LOT in some instances, like when I first caught up with Bleach, Naruto and One Piece or when I first watched FMA. 40 or 50 episodes maybe. But I was still quite young back then so maybe in retrospect I remember them to be more intense than they were. Since I joined MAL and started logging the episodes I watch I don't think I ever went beyond like 30 episodes on one day (not counting stuff with shorter episodes) but I'm also not sure. One of the times I remember for sure was marathoning Major and watching like a whole season in a day. But I'm more about watching a bunch every day and I rarely have those extreme days anymore. Back before MAL I didn't watch anime as regularly but when I did I really marathoned them. Today I spread it out more because I watch anime literally every day. |

| Danganronpa's first anime, No Game no Life, Made in Abyss (I completed those three in a day) and both seasons of Magi (I spended about a total of 4 days to finish them, I watched the first 13 episodes of both seasons in a day, then the rest of episodes the day after). |
