| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well, shit got a bit real this episode. While looking for Super Saiyan God, I guess Beerus wants to have a bit of fun as well. I laughed more than expected with the fight between Beerus and Gotenks. And poor Buu, the guy stood no chance in hell. Neither did almost anyone... Oh poor Bulma. That was imo uncalled for D: No one messes with Vegeta's wife and gets away with it~ |

| Padding at its finest. Some gags went on for way too long, a lot longer than they should have, like Beerus talking about pudding and Whis' reactions to various foods. Boo's fight should have been finished last episode or, at least, when he rises back from the water and Beerus kicks him. Animation and art were bad too for various scenes. The only scenes that were really well done were Piccolo and Dende meditating about who Beerus could be and, surprisingly, everything surrounding Vegeta (mostly Beerus humiliating him and Vegeta's own self-doubt) including Rageta. What really irked me was that there was no Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks, we still haven't seen Champa and this episode was very clearly a cash-grab, even more-so than the others. If it wasn't for the manga's TERRIBLE pacing, I would gladly and very easily prefer it to the anime. Also, I literally started LAUGHING out loud when Gohan got defeated with one hit. There's ZERO respect for the character and that's, sadly, hilarious. |

| It's not Toriyama alone, Toei hates him too, I doubt Toriyama wrote every action scene after all. |

| Where is Gotenks SSJ3? Why Gohan is so weak? He even didn't hit him once. And yeah I know he is a lot weaker than Beerus but... still... And where is Vegeta SSJ3? Please is just that I can't get how Vegeta SSJ2 is stronger than Goku SSJ3 and Mystic Gohan even in rage mode is just... ahhh |

| Felt like a really slow episode, with nothing happening in it. The food obsession gimmick of Beerus and Weiss is getting way overplayed, but at least they did something funny with in the previous episode. This episode wasn't necessarily... bad, it was just meh. Boring and slow. Looks like next week they're going for more padding with an Oolong appearance, can't wait... snore. |

| I liked the episode. The bitch slap from Beerus was awesome. A bit slow, I admit. But for real people stop complaining about gohan getting 1-shoted and vegeta not getting ssj3. It wouldn't help with anything anyway lol. |

| 7. How Dare You Hit My Bulma! Vegeta's Furious Mutation?! Original Airdate: August 23, 2015 Everyone aboard the ship look on as Vegeta tries unsuccessfully to calm Beerus. Goten and Trunks fuse to fight Beerus, who punishes them while lamenting his lost pudding. Dende can sense amazing power from the God of Destruction, but Piccolo, 18, and Tien still try to fight him. This also fails, and Dende realizes the ki he senses must belong to a god. After even Gohan proves ineffective Vegeta finds himself below Beerus' foot just like his father several years earlier. As Vegeta's death and the destruction of earth seem imminent...Bulma slaps Beerus, demanding he leave! Vegeta can only look on in horror as Beerus slaps his Bulma right back. Enraged like never before, Vegeta rises to face the God of Destruction once more. Well that ending may have been pretty big for Vegeta and Bulma's relationship, but to me Whis was the standout star this week. All his facial expressions and reaction as he savored the food were great. :D I know it was meant as padding but still, loved it. :D Quite a bit of noticeable padding this week actually, but it was still great. It's fun to see how certain fighters fared against Beerus as opposed to how they did in Battle of Gods. Buu got up multiple times, while poor Gohan never even got close. :D I know some fans were hoping for SS3 from Vegeta, but no such luck. | SSJ3 Vegeta is not going to happen, imo.. The animation was very nice in some shots, Bills is even more amazing in this comparing with the Battle of Gods movie. |

| Vegeta turning SSJ 2 and for a brief second his eyes turned like Broly's. Weak episode imo. All the Z Fighters didn't use any of their signature moves. Instead they resort to punches and kicks. Terrible writing. Even worse is Gohan who goes Ultimate gets taken out by simply being pushed down after Beerus throws Buu toward Gohan. I did enjoy Buu getting his butt kicked. He deserved every blow as he is annoying and he didn't share any pudding. Funny how Beerus goes on a rant with Gotenks. Not knowing how pudding tastes like. Good thing Goku returns soon. |

| Jesus, I might have to go on with the manga with this pacing. Sucks how Mystic Gohan got 1HKO'd from getting hit with Buu. That should be some extra cushioning since he's basically a big ass ball of gum. Looks like SSJG Goku is up next episode... I hope. |

| i get that beerus can basically kill everyone with one hit. but ATLEAST GIVE GOHAN AN ACTUAL FIGHT SCENE. he just gets shit on by everyone nowadays its horrible what they are doing to a great character. seriously tien and android 18 had an actual fight scene. its not like i was expecting gohan to win or anything, i just wanted him to atleast throw a couple punches instead of getting knocked out without even putting up a fight. |
