| I liked this filler, every Strawhat member was there and there were some teamwork action. I get the real OP-feeling. And of course, Golden panties was the best! But that friend of Nami, Mao or something, she was really odd character. There was no need for her, she just had an annoying voice and girly attitude. |

Also, Fuji TV is the station that broadcasts One Piece in Japan, to avoid any more confusion. In other words, she made an animated cameo appearance in One Piece - and what better way to do that than the Jidaigeki Special episode that does not have anything to do with the story. [Bold line:] What you say is somewhat true, but this was not a filler arc, it's a special - with 2 episodes. There are filler arcs in the series that does connect to future filler arcs - example: Apis Arc (didn't think it was filler the first time) > Memory Arc (which I highly enjoyed) |

| I expected the treasure at the end to be a one piece swim suit. It looked more like a bikini bottom to me because of that. Close enough. The second half was good. The first half was boring. Cindry eating cotton candy while the thriller bark group was getting blasted was funny two. I'd do the same if I were here. Got to love Cindry-chan. |

| This filler was awful because we had to sit through Brook whining about "is it really okay to be a friend?!" yet AGAIN. Brook is a great character and all, but having to go through that yet a second time was horrible. |

| This was fun as always. Zoro getting caught up with Luffy due to being angry over the noise Thriller Bark was making and then being a good guy and carrying Brook was nice. Brook wanting to make amends for a lifestyle of crime was fitting for him while still giving him a very different backstory. Mao is a cute gay girl. But my favorite part were the easter eggs. In the establishing shot for the festival we get a glimpse of a whole group of little girls from the series. ^_^ We have Aisa, Chimney, Gonbe, Rika, and even Nukky implying Lina was playing with them. It was such a sweet little thing to add that wasn't necessary at all and it's things like that which make me think these filler specials have some love put in them instead of just being an excuse to let the manga progress and save money. The scene after that we even saw panda man in the crowd! |
