Hey there, thanks for your response, based on the person you are now and not the one that wrote your review 15 or so years ago, it was rude of me to judge you for something that by all accounts has no relevance or value at the time of writing. If you had written something like that just a few months ago, my criticism would still stand, but for me to not be able to read the date a review was written does show a certain level of ignorance. Sorry for being such an a*shole about it, I really should have been more polite and not be too quickly convinced by one singular 15ish year old review. So all in all, in a vacuum my "criticism" would have been fine, though leaving it so detached from reality makes it entirely pointless, especially when we take into account that you are 15ish years older than you were back then and while I don't believe that wisdom comes with age, it is still stupid of me to assume that people can not change. So even if you hadn't changed over all this time, I should have given you the benefit of the doubt and just nicely asked if you still stand by what you said, so all in all, sorry that I failed to do that, even if it was the most basic part of leaving the first comment. So in that regard, thank you for making me notice how stupid I was being, thank you for not being as big of a b*tch as I was, and thank you for not insisting on your opinion.

Whether it is important or not doesn't really matter, yes it is questionable of what relevance your claims are so many years after the fact and I would very much believe you if you said that you left all those stupid ideals behind and have grown as a person. If you don't want to do that because I was too big of a bitch about it, that's also fine, it would be more than fair. But all that doesn't change that I just simply felt like leaving some kind of comment and the form that comment took is that wall of text below, if you think that writing that was a waste of time, you wouldn't be completely wrong, though I still had a good time writing it, even if it isn't the most functional argument. I am not the most sane and structured individual, so I hope you can forgive me my terrible time management as well as the fact that I decided to give 30 minutes of my precious time to writing an overall pointless piece of text. Even then, though I can perfectly live without it, I think it would be wrong to not at least ask if you still stand by the line of thought presented in your review, or if you agree with my critique even if you find the phrasing offensive or just not quite befitting of the problem at hand.

Excuse me, look, I understand that you don't like Clannad and that's absolutely fine, I mean, I also think that the first season is kinda mediocre, but "This is easily one of the worst anime series of all time, and of course almost nobody is willing to admit or understand it." is not only one of the stupidest sentences I have ever read, but it also makes you look like an insufferably pretentious egomaniac.
So, let me get this straight, not only do you say that this is "one of the worst anime series of all time" which in of itself a strong opinion, but I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and just assume that you haven't seen how bad anime can get. Also, this is just your opinion, so I am completely fine with you stating that Clannad is the worst, even if it is overly aggressive. But holy shit does "of course almost nobody is willing to admit or understand it." make you look like the biggest piece of sh*t. If you had just said "I think it's terrible", I wouldn't have a problem with it, as it is just you stating your own opinion, but by saying "almost nobody is willing to admit or understand it" you are taking away other people's right to form their own opinion. Nobody is worse or wrong for liking something, and you can't tell anyone that their opinion is in any way inferior to yours. You can critique Clannad but all the reasons people like it for, are just as valid as your criticism (probably even more so). So go shout your opinion, I've got no problem with that but if you are so full of yourself that you start denying others the right to do the same, just because they didn't experience what ever you are talking about the same way, then for the love of god, just shut the f*ck up. Nobody is going to say something like "You know, I really liked Clannad but thanks to you, I now understand that doing so was objectively wrong, thanks for telling me how stupid I was". You realize how pretentious and just overall stupid that sounds, right? So please just be respectful, especially when talking about stuff other people feel passionate about, because you are just as much a prisoner of your own subjectivity as everyone else, even those people that like Clannad do so for a reason. People that disagree with you are not fundamentally unreasonable, and if you disagree with that, then I have to inform you, that you are being unreasonable. So I kindly ask you to be more respectful and treat others like their opinion is just as valid as yours, because it is. If you don't want to do that, that's fine too, nobody is forcing you to write reviews, so if change is not an option, maybe consider shutting the f*ck up. Thank you for reading my very objective criticism of your Clannad review, if you wanna have a meaningful conversation, accept that all of the above is my opinion and thus as valid as your own. If you can do that, cheers, that's one step towards becoming a better critic. If your response to receiving criticism is to read one of my reviews and tell me how shitty I am, then that's also cool, maybe you can learn a thing or two from my equally horrible reviews that at the very least don't claim to be more than they really are, just my simple opinion.

Why is my comment meaningless? Your critic is complaining about story that isn't reason why is this anime on of the best, but your poor mindset cannot understand it.... but somehow it understood Evangelion. Don't review series that you have no clue what they're about, you will just make yourself embarrassing. Watch SAO, Naruto, One Piece etc... you're made for these kind of a series, wish you best but pls just don't think that you're smart if you write 10 long sentences that doesn't even make sense :D. When you tell me what's the point of the Johan character I'll see you as competitive otherwise you're just one lamb in the ocean of them.

Tell me you have no idea about philosophy without actually telling me. Interesting enough, if you think that Monster is bullshit idk how can you find out Evangelion Akira and Cowboy Bebop iintriguing. I mean everyone has their opinion but your just logically doesnt work :)
