| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm a bunch of info dump this episode at first but I thought the second half was more exciting. We got Dezel who makes his move while Sorey and the others discovers more truth of dragons. Glad to see Rose still part of the crew and everyone working together as a team. Proud of how Rose made her comeback. I'm pretty sure we'll be focusing more on Alisha's part soon. |

| At least some kind of action. Thought it was rather strange that Sorey is just going back, well Alisha is in dire situation, but feels like he went to Roland and did nothing, mb cause Rose's story was so underwhelming. I thought that Berseria glimpse gave the indication of less chance for the episode this season, don't really know why, i'm obv in for one cause it was the best one from 1st season. |

| Good episode. Awesome, they finally decided to connect in Berseria though will it be more than just history remains to be seen. Rose's become a square and the purification scene was so cool. Going back to Ladylake already eh? Cool. |

| Neat episode, liked the end when they purified the dragon together, looked very cool. Can't praise this top level animation enough too, just the rain animation is already marvelous. |

| Finally got some plot development this episode, and it's interesting to see that they are connecting Zestiria to Berseria after all rather than it being completely random like how it felt in the first cour. |

Well in the game you can't purify a living dragon, or actually dragons of all sorts. Considering they changed the settings of the Sheperd now everything is possible I guess lmao. IMO They were stuck between making two individual episodes of Berseria again, or connecting Zestiria and Berseria in a meaningful way I guess. Not really sure I'm glad about them choosing the latter option but it was an interesting way of linking between Berseria and Zestiria. | I liked the connection to Berseria in this episode. The second half of the episode was pretty good, now they're heading back to Ladylake to help out Alisha. I think someone else pointed this out, but them going to Rolance seemed really pointless, it felt like nothing happened the whole time except for all that mostly underwhelming stuff with Rose. |

I think i've never said how the whole "purifying" thing is so overdramatic and lame, it was like some reality show that i watched when i was a kid where there are a "ghost hunter" hunting invisible ghost in some "haunted" house. they look so stupid. 2. they retcon stuff like purifying dragon, I guess we will purify Eizen in this anime? well I hope so, but can't see it happening with this kind of super slow pacing. unless Eizen invaded ladylake out of sudden and we fight him next episode... 3. WHY THE HELL DID THEY SPOIL THE ENTIRE GAME OF BERSERIA? Well true it did come out last month so people had time to play it and people in japan already played it. It seems they're going full original with this. Would like to see some Heldalf soon. |

| Well shit I just spoiled Berseria for myself lol. I still haven't started the game oh well it actually got me even more excited to play it. I really liked this episode it was much better than the previous ones. FINALLY Rose becomes his squire I'm really excited to see her Armatize. I'm interested to see if they change what happens with compared to the game. |

| Spoilers are spoilers, but they really are like mid-game spoilers. The bigger ones will likely not be revealed... soon. I mean, it wasn't even a big "spoiler" that Velvet was the first Lord of Calamity if you paid attention to the Berseria episodes --- from the "Dawn of Chaos" (episode name) to Seres's way of describing Velvet at the end of the first episode. |

| Ending spoilers? lolwut? where? Spoilers? Yes, but somewhat far from the ending plot and how the ending would be, this is part of the jorney but not the goal. And as sad it can sound, UFOtable (w/wo BN) made the anime for and specific audience (or country) and that's not ours or this side of the world, and the game has almost 6 months in Japan, so... kind of plenty of time to clear it. Great to see Magilou and to listen "Velvet Crowe" from Sorey's mouth. Kind of dumb question, I did the japanese version of ToZ, later I plan to play the west version with the -thank the God the put in it- japanese voices, not that I trust the translation xD Can we call purification of a *dead* dragon? because the purification was not for the dragon itself? or am I wrong? If Eizen can be saved, well, that would be nice. Another thing is the flame Sorey uses, basically is the same of ****'s (better like this). Many different things. But this episode at least made me think, plus since this season: - 6 more episodes, I dont think will be enough, well, depends of the changes. - Mmm is very possible we get an original ending, maybe with the two titles, or... - (Almost imposible) After I finished Berseria made me want a third game! Time will tell. Aaaaaaanyway, great episode... I would really love to have them use battle themes in combat scenes... |

| Oh neat, some Berseria references, I'm not done with the game but it wasn't anything major if you added the obvious together. And finally Rose becomes a squire. Hopefully we get to see her armatize soon. |
