| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Bell still a sucker for Syr. So gullible. Here comes Freya. Hikasa Yoko is perfect for her. Guessed that it would be either her or Kayano Ai since Matsuoka was gonna voice Bell. They're almost always together. Hestia might be poor but she has something that Loki lacks. More fuel for the fanarts. She's also good at dogeza. Hephaistos making Bell a powerful knife. Add his abnormal growth and Bell's going to attract more attention later. He already has the attention of one of the goddesses. Here's his first challenge. Volume 1 gonna be wrapped up next episode then. |

| I think I'm getting used to the OP song for this season, catchy too. Nice to see Freya on screen this episode. She looks fabulous:  I also find Loki and Hestia's rivalry be amusing at that party. I'm expecting action to pick up a bit soon. Cute little date though. |

| it's good.. unlike other anime this season which is from manga. this one is surprisingly is as good as the manga... Hope it doesn't let down further... ^_^ |
| as someone who have read the manga although it skips several things it still did a good job adapting the manga. somehow i regret reading the manga/ novel as you will end up knowing whats going to happen hopefully this wont be 12 episodes only. really hoping its gonna be more than that. |

| Another well done adaptation with this episode (Gotta love how good JC Staff are with LN adaptations) and like I and others have expected, they explained Bell's skill at the beginning :) We got introduced to some of the other notable gods, namely Loki, Freya and Hephaistos....They did the banquet scene pretty well and seeing Loki and Hestia go at it was funny....Poor flat chest Loki xD Fanservice was on point too Next episode should have a good amount of action scenes and it's one of the scenes that I'm looking forward to so I'm excited....Also we'll get to see Bell use his new weapon which will be awesome to see animated.....Freya is one shady individual tho |
| Syr seems to be taking a liking to Bell, offering his foods every so often. This show could become a harem at this rate. Hephaestus' knife looks awesome! Liked the animation when she put that spell on it. Looks like a certain (sex-obsessed) God is interested in Bell. Releasing that monster is one way to check him out more. Their eventual encounter will be interesting to see. Decent episode. Why didn't Hestia just give him that knife before he departed? Next week perhaps? |

Give him the kniiiiiife!!" until the episode ended after which I thought, "Aww hell, he's probably not going to get it for another episode or 2 and then they're going to make it a big fiasco Nice ep. I was strongly considering dropping this last week. Glad I didn't! This ep was a lot more enjoyable and introduced some new intriguing directions in which the plot could go. I'm interested in seeing how Bell develops. And it's looking like (hopefully) we'll get some action/adventure (big maybe for the adventure) instead of everyone just sitting around doing cliches. edit: So Freya is the evil sex goddess lady who appeared at the end? |

| Well they sure as hell ecchified the Hestia vs Loki scene lol Still a bit rushed as far as pacing goes but it's not a huge deal I gotta say, I loved Hestia in the novels but I honestly think she's even better in the anime. She just has waifu tier written all over her like this, so charming niyan said: This is a light novel adaptation though..it's good.. unlike other anime this season which is from manga. this one is surprisingly is as good as the manga... Hope it doesn't let down further... ^_^ PS: Can't wait for all the doujins that'll come out when this season is over ^_^ |

| Better pacing this episode; JC Staff are already doing a fine job with the silverback chase. I'm just hoping they finish it off properly next ep. Also, how is Hestia dumb enough not to give Bell that new knife she got for him from Hephiastos when the silverback showed up? |

| Hestia meeting the other goddesses was fun. Using her own ways to help Bell by giving him the best weapon possible, now to put it in good use since his old weapon broke. A pervert goddess being interested in Bell??? Fighting that white gorilla monster at the end, this was quite fun and exciting with that end. |

| What a let down after quite an impressive first episode. But then again, what did I expect. The story seems super trashy, bunch of girls going over their heads over some clueless asexual shota. Also too much goofing around, that part with that flat chested chich was annoying. Eh. |

| Arhh god damn it, this episode went way too fast.. how am i going to survive until next week TT_TT Just looking at the price of the weapons from a normal shop, makes me wonder how much that 1st class Knife is going to cost and for how long Hestia will have that loan. |

| Better than the first episode. I do kind of like it, but I can already tell the bar maid (Syr?) is my favourite girl character. Not much action with resolution, just the cliffhanger. Dumbass runs away without listening to what's-her-face, leaving the sword behind I like the internal relationships within the godess group. I can tell what's-her-face is going to pwn Loki and other-what's-her-face some day. 6/10 |

| Hestia should have given Bell the knife straight away. Ah well, plot happens. Anyway, I liked this episode. Despite the gratuitous amounts of fanservice, I found this one to be a good'un. Looking forward to seeing what happpens next! |
| The boob jokes are cringe worthy and very unnecessary, there are way better ways to introduce a rivalry -_- . This was kinda an improvement from last weeks episode, although it didn't do a good job of building suspense for the next episode. Just leaves you with more to desire rather than being excited for it. Me: Uhmmmm, give him the knife already? |

| Great episode, the plot is really exciting and fun, the characters are also very good, mainly Bell and Hestia, I like his personality and how she is fun But the problems start to appear, it is perceived that there is a great development for future events, I am very excited to continue watching .. |

| Pretty cancerous, drop incoming next ep. The fanservice was poor, the MC is a more annoying version of Kirito and it's simply boring and can't keep my attention for more than 3 minutes. |
