@VKDOOM The mangaka, Yukinobu Tatsu, is literally a man. How does this anime hate men? The creator was tired of never having a strong female lead which is why he created this. Okarun is not a bitch, its clear that he's essentially an equal to Momo. This is the first time in an anime, where the female lead doesn't need to be rescued by instead rescues Okarun. What about that makes you so angry?

Idk who hurt you, but I hope you can heal from all the pain you've endured. Also, if you hate this anime so much, you can always drop it! :)

I don't give a fuck what the gender of a mangaka is. As if there aren't men who don't have humiliation kinks. One of the worst and most common trends in western media with the idea of "strong female leads" has been this thought that you can only have a strong female character if you turn the men into pathetic betas that want to kiss their feet and be as cringe and dumb as possible. You don't actually end up with a strong female character this way though. Most of them are still just one dimensional characters devoid of any personality, but you just hate the men so much because of how weak they are, that they are forced to be the only redeemable character (even though they really aren't).

Also, this is FAR from the first time that there's been a strong female lead. There is nothing memorable about these female characters. Okarun is just so pathetic that its deluded you into thinking these women are strong. But they have nothing intriguing about them. They are hardly even entertaining to watch. Calling Okarun an equal to Momo is laughable. She literally rides him like a boat. In no world is Okarun her equal. He's her dog. Shit, most dogs still have more self respect than him.

You want to talk about strong female characters in anime that actually have layers to them and aren't just "strong" because the men around them are bitches? Look at characters like Anna from Monster or Haruhi in Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya or or Mitsuha in Your Name who is a proper equal to the male lead and contributes just as much as him without ever having to weaken the man to do so. All the girls in Neon Genesis Evangelion are very complex and well written as well. Kurisu in Steins Gate is extremely intelligent and a strong lead as well that is also allowed to have a weak and vulnerable side just like the male lead. These are examples of strong female characters. Women with defining traits that actually impact the story and can stand next to their male counterparts who can be allowed to be strong and important as well. Not this garbage show that props up a mediocre void of personality female character by having her use the male character like a dog.

And I know this for an absolute fact. If there was a show that reversed the gender roles here where every woman in the show was an absolute pushover loser that got put in their place by the super confident men (including being hit and whipped and ridden like boats or bikes) daily, there would literally be national news headlines about how sexist the Japanese industry is for greenlighting such a thing.

The fights in this series are sooo unserious, man. I mean when you have people literally fighting buck naked while trying to save their banana, first and foremost, it’s already one for those scripts in stand-up lol. Plus that tone Okarun and Aira speak with when they transform.. it’s more like they’re putting up a performance. Those Serpo fellows can’t be more unserious as well, but hey, you gotta be unhinged to deal with the unhinged. I’m glad btw, they sorted out that misunderstanding… ignore the means xD

Now yeah, the character designs and art may feel a bit off at times, but tbh, that ain’t bothering at all. Also, when you actually have the better part of the episode in green lighting, it isn’t quite noticeable as well lol. Still Okarun lived the dream, when he carried TWO GIRLS.. ALMOST NAKED, on his back. Dude shouldn’t complain anymore. Seriously, if a series should be defined, then yeah, this was the episode which can actually define this series lol.
