One of my favorite songs is "The Lake and The River" by The Dear Hunter (a totally underrated band).
I really love the strong vocals and the story in the song; you can listen to it on its own, or as a part of the narrative told throughout their albums. The instruments used also hook me in so hard, I listen to this song on loop for hours at a time.

This song by Hako Yamasaki is beyond amazing. I started to listen to it since 4 years ago and I simply like the style this song was created. Also, all songs from Hitsujibungaku are so cool, especially the last ending from Jujutsu Kaisen 2nd season - More Than Words -
@OtakuKun1 Since you like Hitsujibungaku I recommend Kinmokusei no Yoru (I think it translates to "Osmanthus Night") by Kinokoteikoku, I'm a big Yorushika fan so I know all their songs from the first second. My favorite is Matasaburo

If you're a fan of Overlord, you know that the soundtrack plays a vital role in capturing the grandeur and enigmatic presence of Ainz Ooal Gown. One piece that perfectly embodies this majesty is "Wheeler Dealer" by OxT. From the first notes, the track radiates power and confidence, echoing the imposing and strategic nature of Ainz himself. The combination of intense instrumentals and rythmic beats creates a sense of unstoppable momentum, mirroring Ainz's calculated and commanding approach to every situation. The song's layered melodies build tension and evoke an air of dominance that fits seamlessly with his character's unwavering composure and brilliance. "Wheeler Dealer" isn't just a song, it's an anthem that amplifies the essence of leadership and authority. It's a must-listen for anyone who wants to experience the majectic side of Overlord in musical form. |

@Danrc_100 Oh boy, if you're looking for intense emotion, then do I have something for you. Behold, one of my all-time favorite artists, Dermot Kennedy, and his song that just drips with feelings of nostalgia, introspection, and heartbreak (I'm sharing a live version, because his voice is perfection): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhtMEFtPWYM I'm also obsessed with Paris Paloma, and you might enjoy her song Labour that encapsulates one of my favorite themes in songs recently - female rage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMpro7fNLXo (also live). If you enjoy Florence + the Machine or AURORA, I heavily recommend checking the rest of her discography as well. Okay, last one, I promise! I also love Bump of Chicken, and FantasticYouth is a band I've loved since listening to their ED in World Trigger that I feel have a similar vibe to BoC at times, so I'll recommend this song of theirs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnRI54A0dyk As for me, I also listen to various genres of music, but an incredible voice and songs that elicit strong emotions of any kind, are aspects that keep me coming back to a certain artist, regardless of what language it's in. Aside from the artists I've shared above, I'm also obsessed with Chappell Roan, ABBA, Eve, RADWIMPS, and the Hamilton soundtrack. Hope that helps!

@lifeiscrazy Based on your provided song, my suggestion would be something like this song from Slime Taoshite 300-nen, Shiranai Uchi ni Level Max ni Nattemashita :) The show itself isn't anything to write home about, but the moment when that song came on in the final episodes it kinda made me tear up.. As for me, I don't listen to different types of music much, I mainly stick to what I like.. I like Eve, Yoasobi, inabakumori, Myth&Roid and ZUTOMAYO. Mainly listening to Lagtrain and Hai Yorokonde nowadays :)

@Kwanthemaster Since you asked for something obscure, I'd like to recommend this song: As for me, I love songs with dark concepts/tones, I mostly listen to kpop and a bit of jpop atm(Dreamcatcher, Purple Kiss, Pixy, Pink Fantasy, Phantom Siita, Vocaloid...), but I'm open to recommendations in any languages!
