Second option Little Busters!, Little Busters! Sekai no Saitou wa Ore ga Mamoru!, Little Busters! Refrain and Little Busters! EX that is the broadcast order, it only lacks the horror genre and you have to be a little patient but after that it gets better.
Third option Bokura no, it's not horror either and you have to have some patience but it also seemed to me that it's very good.
Fourth option Shinsekai yori, I realized that you have it on hold and it's really worth it to finish watching it, I remember that it was very good.
I saw you gave it a 7, not bad if we take into account the last episodes! I hope you enjoy the other two at least as much as this one. ;)
P.-S. If you've got any psychological, mafia, horror or action anime (preferably something that encompasses at least two of those) to recommend me, don't be shy! I saw that you have quite the anime list and we seem to have somewhat similar tastes. :D

It's actually impressive that you can manage all of those things :,0!! Even if I can somehow manage to keep consistent with my seasonal watches if I ever have to go to a trip or something along the lines then I'm automatically behind all my list T_T
Josei is basically the equivalent of seinen so a more mature story is always welcome :]

In horror recomended the mangas of Ito Junji even shorts tales.
