First week well, began drank, was drinking next day, was in hangover, came back to university after the holiday break, was visiting Szklarska Poręba and hiking those mountains in the end of the week and again got drunk and guess what, started this week with hangover. |

Same ol' same ol' In the first week of 23 I've only had 2 nightmares, half a hand of triggers/triggering attacks, one small panic attack and I managed to prevent one that could have been a big one. All along dealing with other issues, with out counting the married with children kind of issues. Like I said, same ol' same ol'. |

Its been pretty good. Started 75 soft and have been working out the last 5 days. It's probably since I haven't been eating due to my stomach condition and I've been drinking a gallon of water a day but I'm already down 5 lbs. I know its probably just water weight but its making me proud to keep it going. Day 5/75 done. :) cornonacob said: The theme of 2023 so far has been hospital visits for me lol. Fairly well. Got a care package from my Mum containing Assam black tea leaves, white beet sugar, 2 used books that I couldn't get my hands on, dried herbs, and 3 spare earphones. Yup. Having an old-fashioned mother is great in this hopeless economy. |

Just kind of none eventful, and the same as usual. I think it is important that if you do want to achieve something in the new year then you don't tie it to a specific day or starting from a day otherwise you'll just stress yourself out or procastinate. |

I like... really don't remember much about it? so I guess it must have been pretty uneventful. I got some stuff in the sales and fed my Sister's Cats while she was on vacation, but nothing much else I don't think? |

It was slow and calm. I was all alone, and I enjoyed myself.. it continued into the second week too, and was going fine until, like many around me, I also caught horrible flu in the second half of the 2nd week.. and now 3rd week has begun and am doing better.. let's see.. so far, so (not bad) good. .. happy new year to everyone!! |

In my experience, new trends of the new year begin around February. May be connected to Chinese/Lunar New Year. January often is more of the same shit as previous year. This one was not an exception so far. Astrology too promises better or different at least stuff from around 20-25 Jan as well as from March this year. That is my forecast as an astrologer. |

It was a rather difficult week, because I was more paranoid and anxious than usual, but I managed to calm down around the middle of last week. Now I'm feeling pretty good again and I'm getting distracted with movies and books =) |

The first week was comparably still rather slow, since many people still had vacations. I've enjoyed watching and listening to the Vienna New Year's Concert with my parents, otherwise, nothing noteworthy has happened. I'm just relieved now to see some people back ThorLL said: The interesting thing is that January as the first month is completely arbitrary for the sake of a Roman Goddess. It used to be either in autumn or in spring for ancient cultures. If September = 7th month, then the first month of the new year is actually March. That is my forecast as an astrologer. Spring. Because winter ends. snow melts and new year grass begins to grow. Life begins anew. Planting season begins for agriculturalists (farmers). In astrology first sign is Aries, it begins around 20-22 of March. Still too cold in some places like Russia or Canada to call winter over, but in other more mild climates that would be about right. September comes from word 7 in Classical Latin, October from 8. It used in octagon as well. |

Working from 5 am until 7 pm so it was really busy and almost always dead tired at the end of the day. Apparently, I've been watching anime much more than I did in past years, IDK why I always want to watch anime when I'm dead tired. |

My first week went as usual, there wasn't any celebratory mood, and the only thing that changed from the usual week was that there was much more food. So in the first week after the new year, I ate well. |
