Information

I declared myself an Emperor of the Universe a while ago, but did not told anyone about it until now.

Right now my empire lacks any controlled land, other than the room I am currently in. However that can change in future. Lelouch also started out this way with that room in the embassy.

I however have Flag, Coat of Arms and Imperial Standard.

I decided to begin recruitment of new subjects into my empire.

So far anyone can join so if you want to be my subject then join this club.

Imperial Decree number 5.

On Emperors Birthday Holiday throughout the Empire:

From next month forth, first Saturday of every month shall be celebrated as Emperor's Birthday.

This holiday and times at which it is celebrated was inspired by the actual holiday from Commonwealth Realms countries https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King%27s_Official_Birthday

Since my rank of Emperor is higher than that of a King, it is only fitting that my birthday should be celebrated much more often that that of a King.

Therefore holiday shall be held every month instead of every year like that for a king.

Details of celebrations will depend on the month, but should follow Southern Hemisphere seasons.

I will henceforth announce my first four decrees to all my subjects:

1. Decree on Powers of the Emperor

We, Thor I the Impaler, Emperor of this Universe and All Possible Others, have absolute, complete autocratic unrestricted authority over anything and everything.

My decrees shall have full legal power of law for all my subjects.

The Empire shall be governed by me and any officers (nobility, knights and others), I deem necessary to appoint.

My officers shall govern only in accordance with the law I lay down in my decrees.

All subjects of the Empire shall act in accordance with my decrees or directions of my officers.

Further directives shall be given by me in subsequent decrees.

2. Decree on Imperial Style of Address.

All Subjects should initially address me as 'Your Majesty' at the beginning of each their new message to me. Afterwards within the same message they can use 'My Lord' or 'Sire' when referring to me.

3. Decree on Knighthood for Male Subjects.

Male subjects can petition me to be Knighted.

If approved they will be entitled to be addressed by all females as Sir <their name or username> and will have authority to tell them what to do. Ordinary females have no right to disobey a Knight.

This unfortunately could be limited by laws of your jurisdiction (country) as I have no control over these laws. I will take no legal responsibility for your actions under this appointment.

However I can give you moral justification. 'Woke' or 'feminist' ideology is not a law and you are free to defy it.

4. Decree on Female Slavery within Empire.

All female subjects of the Empire shall be considered slaves.

They are to obey all my orders and that of my knights and other officers.

I may choose to make any female my personal property: Emperor's Personal Slave (EPS)

Emperor's Personal Slave is a subject to Emperor's exclusive authority. No one but Emperor can do anything to her or order her around.

Knights and Officers too can be granted personal female slaves by the Emperor. Such slaves will be subject to authority of both their exclusive owner as well as that of the Emperor personally. In future some high ranking officers too may have authority over such slaves.

All female subjects of the Emperor shall have status lower than 2D waifus in Emperor's harem.

That is to instill humbleness, which is an essential quality for every female subject of the Emperor.
