| I remember Paripi Koumei's premiere being much better looking and more promising with its premise. As batshit crazy as the premise intends to be, it feels like a hodgepodge of nonsensical stuff going on without much coherency. I'm concerned as to how these ideas will mesh together well enough or not, and it's bad enough that many of the recognizable archetypes rubbed me the wrong way. Hope it's worthwhile by the end of the mayhem. |

| Already had high expectations, but this exceeded them. Knew this would be dark, but this is a bit more than I expected. Judging from the first episode for me the best anime this season. And surprisingly it didn't have time travel, at least yet. |

| The latest entry in the P.A. Works' working series features both maids and gunmen! Almost feels like a partial return to Canaan. I betcha Cygames is also developing a video game based on this anime (and maybe it will also be a repeat of the Uma Musume phenomenon?). |

| i was planning on seeing this out since i'm a PA works stan and i figured with a name like that it has to totally not be simply about maids opening shots of a yakuza ass looking car to a boss getting killed..okay maybe the rest of the show won't be that dramatic and i had a good laugh till the back of my mind started to click on wait this is going in the way i think it is right . didn't think i would see a bunch of cute maids get murdered today like actually thought'd be for gags so the balls of them to do such a ant-otaku premise with the purest form of otaku bait is respectful but i'm out! |

| I watched the opening scene and went "Huh, this is like an Yakuza movie." Then I saw the ponytail cutting scene and went "This is definitely like a yakuza movie, but with maids." Then the fight scene happened and I had this open mouthed smile at the pure insanity at it all. Wrapping all of this with up with an enka song as the ED, like with '70s yakuza films? *Chef's Kiss* I am here for all of this. |

| This episode had me rolling on the floor, this is exactly my type of weird humour haha. That shooting montage was nothing short of brilliant and the song was incredibly catchy as well, I loved it! I'm also a big fan of the OP and ED, I'll be listening to them on repeat until I can no longer stand to hear them. Ranko is already my favourite, by far, but the other girls also seem fun. I cannot wait to see where this goes, I hope this will keep on delivering such absurd, over the top scenes for me to laugh at and will stay action packed. I'll be strapping in for a wild ride and I'm all here for it. I mean mafia maids??? Now that sounds like my type of anime lol. All in all a great first episode I'd say, I thoroughly enjoyed it! |

| This is how you start an anime goddamnit. Loved everything from this episode, Nagomi is cute af and Ranko is hilarious, and the opening slaps hard 🔥, already OP of the year for me lol, the animation and style is so good too, I hope they keep this energy during the entire season, I cannot wait for the next episode! I almost can't believe this is from Cygames, I've never seen anything like this from them, finally they decided to do a "mature" and non-fantasy anime, and it is amazing so far. |

| Thank god I watched this after the snoozefest of Bibliophile Princess, for a second I thought I went into coma after so much static animation and cheap overbright effects. Welp, I had a hunch this show was hidding something else in the trailers, and boy, it was nothing even close what I had in mind. Hoping that even the initial scene draws in more peeps, specially those who probably thought, "oh this is going to be a cutsy anime with cute maids" (looking at you Gigguk). Aside from the obviously great animation, the somber dark humor, and the ridiculous amount of strawberry kool-aid, I have to give it to the actual soundtrack, it certainly hits the theme it should be conveyed in the scenes. The tribal drums gives you this huge anticipation to a big standoff moment, the string instruments while the otaku loanshark appeared gave me the chills and the anxiety for something gruesome to happen. In a season filled with action shonen, this might be my flagship series I'll be shilling as much as I physically can. |
