 Her mouth looks super goofy, and with the choppy mouth movements it just looks worse (this is at the beginning of the episode) Anyway I would rank this show at about a 7/10, I think it went downhill the more it became plot heavy and the more Majima became involved. The appeal of this show was Chisato and Takina's character dynamics (along with the generally high production values). I do care for the plot, it still feels like a cop out that Chisato didn't die. |

| The battle between Chisato and Majima was intense lmao, it was that amazing that Chisato needed a break otherwise it would've been too much for her. I'm glad it was not an real bomb though but just fireworks. Mika pretending to have an broken leg but it was all fake, he took out that girl in an instant and finished off Shinji. Chisato ran away to another country only to be chased by Takina lol and then afterwards they all went to Miami. All in all great anime and cast and story, hope for an Season 2. |

| A bit of a weak finale, the whole show disappointed me personally with how laid back everything is, without any consequences or drama. Would've liked the show to be a lot more serious and dark instead we get whole episode dedicated to panty joke or some shit. I guess it's just my personal expectations, over than that it was quite good. Chisato is a runner up for waifu of the year. |

| Can't believe they managed to land the ending! My AotS, 9/10. Chisato voice is probably one of the greatest voice acting performances in anime, and this is a medium that's known for it's high-quality voice acting. There are 2 ways they could've gone about it, 1 being an ending where Chisato dies and the other ending being that she lives. I was initially afraid of them not killing her off because most anime that tease that and don't go through with it do so in a way that makes it seem like a last-minute pull-out decision. But here we are, the managed to surpass my expectations and actually pulled of a really solid ending. I'm gonna miss this show |

| I kinda feel that if the show had stopped at episode 10 and the preview for episode 11 was just a huge "to be continued" story that never was concluded, I would have had a better feeling about the series. Don't get me wrong, I did love most of the beginning and middle part, but these last 3 or 4 episodes were pretty cheap both in writing and execution. Starting with Shinji that wants Chisato to become a murderer at all cost (I mean, if her way works, why change it?). Sending his assistant to destroy Chisato's heart and then implanting the last replica in his own body feels like the most anime asspull I've seen in quite a while. Majima's immortal status feels cheaper than 90s B-movies. I despised that Chisato and the story managed to keep Takina's hands blood free, despite her having strong reasons to end Majima on their encounters that just kept repeating over and over. And boy the last minute call for the boy lycoris out of nowhere in order to clean up the lycoris when a little girl with super hacking skills had a brighter idea that a bunch of suits just couldn't think of in a million years? I'm ok with shows that try to return the status quo even with some convoluted writing, but man the whole epilogue is some 3 ring circus writing going from point A and justifying going thru B and C. |

I've been worried about the ending for forever and we got Disney-ish happy ending, instead of tragic/drama ending, even though it was pretty predictable considering the atmosphere of the last few episodes. Majima surviving was BS but guess they want to keep him around if S2 happens. Was right about Mika. He cares about Chisato too much and didn't hesitate to kill Shinji to save her. Despite very light and cheerful ending, still glad our sweet Chisato didn't die. |

| It's a 7.5 anime; I'm really torn between rounding it down to a 7 or up to an 8. No joke I think what I'll do is just look at my list and see if I see it fitting in better with my 7's or 8's.... Anyway, at its core it's nothing special. But it's highly elevated by so many smaller details, fluff if you will, that makes this so fun to watch. And if you don't think about it TOO much, and end up just having fun, that's all that matters, isn't it? You get lovable characters who are funny, above-average production quality, great all around gun-play including the sound design of the guns, the choreography when Chisato gets down to business. They made sure the reloading animations were done right. Voice acting came before the actual animation so that the VA's had more room for ad libbing which is why it's so good- seen, or heard rather, especially with Chisato herself. I enjoyed every episode, up until the point where the more heavy plot started to kick in surrounding Chisato's heart- then I started to enjoy it even more with the hope that we were going to get somewhat of a darker ending, or at least a bittersweet one. Which, for what is basically K-on x John Wick (you know, cute girls with guns. You'd probably not expect a sad, dark, or bittersweet ending from that), would probably be totally unexpected and subvert most of our expectations. But instead we get all sunshine and rainbows. And that's completely fine, I do want to see more one day of course after all. But I do think it had the potential to hit harder. You know what, I'll re-watch it one day straight through to see if this is how I really feel about this, but I think I'm going to round it up. It's not just something I enjoyed, it's that and a little more. Maybe its foundation isn't anything special. But it's solid, and strong enough to support everything that is built on top of it... which does end up becoming something special. 8/10 |

| It was quite obvious chisato wasn't gonna die, and I'm fine with it. Not everything has to be dark or have a meaningful story, just being enjoyable is enough for me. I loved this show, Chisato and Takina are really cute characters. And I loved mika as a father figure to Chisato, he's great. 8/10 show. Really cute, really nice animation. All in all, a fun show. |

| So yeah ... no context on yoshimatsu, the alan institute. Little to no context on the lilybell side, takina got all the character development while everyone is mostly the same as before. Also every single person believed that everything was just a show, a "play" even when guns were clearly shot, even when blood was clearly shed.... I get the whole collectivist mindset of japanese people in this story but that is waaay too convenient. Also, kurumi's hacking skill are too OP... to a point where it looks like complete bullshit. |
