| I dunno! I don't think anybody has ever commented on my list designs. I just chose one of my favourite anime as my list theme and same with my manga list. Even if others don't particularly like them, I do so I wouldn't change em anyways c: |

| My own list design uses the Dark Green design as a base and customises it quite a bit. Other than using a custom header picture and background, I've also made the covers bigger, the letters on the list bigger (the default is barely legible imo in terms of font size), changed the font itself to a better-looking custom one from Google Fonts (Noto Sans iirc), changed the colors next to the list items to custom ones based on the ones used on Anime-Planet (the other anime site I use) e.g. notably the PTW color is yellow instead of gray, and made the tags section a mini notes section by removing the ability to click on the tag items. For some of these changes (notably the cover size, the custom colors and the notes section) I used the code found in the Creative Corner section, and for the rest I experimented with the little CSS knowledge I have to get the desired result. All in all, I like my list design quite a bit, and won't change it in the future - I'm only going to change the header and background images to Xmas-themed ones on Christmastime, but won't be touching the CSS code. |

| Sometime when I'm doing my business in the toilet. Pondering some ideas. Idea's that pop up that looks interesting and try to implement that idea to my list design. The core design is simple and not that flashy. |

| Default is good. Lots of people have fanciful design that looks like a mess of clutter like op's list or have background images so striking that you can't even see the list properly |

I'm a professional software developer. I know my way around CSS. If this was developed on my own server with my normal setup, it would probably only take 30 minutes. | Leave it as is. The default MAL layout is the most simple and easy to use. Whenever I see someone using some fancy layout, it is always very difficult to read. |

| Tried a different design for a bit but nothing beats the simple original design which is easiest to look at. Plus I needed easy access to my tags, something most other designs don't let you easily see. Just made my list transparent and added a background, that's it |

| My last one was a custom one I made with new side buttons and new banners for completed, PTW etc. and everything when my profile had a Trafalgar Law theme. However, I changed my theme and really don't feel like making a custom animelist atm. I also kind of like the simple designs of the modern ones also. |

| I just prefer to have my list with a design that's clean but with a bit of extra flare. Just so my list feel a little like home. I don't make custom ones since it takes too much of my time and people's premade CSS are really good themselves. If I wanted to change anything, I just use my CSS knowledge to change them. |
