| in what kind of world had sawako been living in before this? i do understand shyness and social awkwardness but sawako is clueless about how people function. and she can't even talk to people, how the hell would she start rumors about them? all this is getting really annoying. i'm starting to think i'm getting old for high school drama. |

| I feel so bad for Sawako in this episode but also for Yano and Yoshida, they have a tough exterior but they obviously care a lot for Sawako and it's really sad to see them think she doesn't like them T___T I hope whoever's spreading the rumours is caught. |

| Hmm her character is pretty low on the sociological aspect. If Sawako wants to be lively, outgoing, kind to everyone else she first has to step out of her shell. She envisions herself making friends, and being a lively person, but it is hard for her wishes to be interpreted by others right now due to all the rumors. I just thought I'd apply Charles H. Cooley's looking-glass self theory in this episode. The reactions she got from her friends were positive as Sawako was able to make friends, and her friends interpreted her actions in a good way, be more outgoing. However, those other people who dislike Sawako see her actions in a negative way, they believe she's using Kazehaya to be come popular. So to the other people Sawako cannot fully develop a self concept because they aren't interpreting her actions how her friends interpreted them. That' why Sawako's self-concept is different between her friends and the other students. If there is anything that I missed when applying Cooley's theory I'd like to know. |

About the episode, it was good, though I found there was too much misunderstanding that it was getting ridiculous. Seriously, just listen to what the other have to say and don't interrupt them in the middle of their sentence! And Pin coming out of nowhere making the two friends unable to hear what Sawako have to say about them... |

| That was a mess. I wish everyone just communicated more. And that Sawako didn't have this defeatist attitude towards the whole situation, but given what kind of person she is I guess you can't expect anything differently. Hopefully this gets resolved next episode. |

| This ep made me sad ㅠ.ㅠ since she is awkward , she can't explain herself well and the whole misunderstandings with her friends I just hope she gain more confidence and stop listening to what others think of her. |
| This episode starts with Sawako and her parents. Lol I love how simple they look. So cute. And it’s nice to see them notice how happy she’s become since making some friends. The rumors are brought back up in this episode, but Yoshida And Yano can’t believe someone as innocent as Sawako would spread such nasty words about them. Good to see they trust her so much. I thought it was cute how the two of them kept calling Sawako “pure white” lol well they’re not wrong, she really does act like an angel. Pin is a weird fellow, not sure why he was seeing “little fellows” he might wanna get that checked out lol. Kazehaya got all flustered when Pin asked if he was dating Sawako. He is such a cutie. And Sawako noticed a difference in Kazehaya’s hair, making her blush. She is such a cutie. It was nice to see Sawako really enjoy herself with her new friends. It’s a shame her happiness had to be so short lived. Sawako doesn’t quite see herself as friends with Yoshida and Yano. She doesn’t think they’re on that level yet. This creates a misunderstanding and they start to doubt their friendship with her, unsure if she’s spreading those rumors or not. I wish instead of them all pondering on it, they could just be honest and say everything that’s on their mind. They didn’t even let Sawako say what she wanted. Sawako feels like she’s ruining everyone’s happiness. She wants to try to find a way to fix everything and it looks like she’s gonna distance herself from everyone, including Kazehaya. It’s easy to tell he’s pained by the way she’s acting. I really hope they clear up this misunderstanding by the next episode and also find the culprit behind these silly rumors. I have a feeling I know who it is.. |
| Oh boy the misunderstandings... what a pain. Anyways, it was a nice episode until the second part, then it turned out just OK. But one thing I really liked was that neither Yoshida nor Yano believed the rumors at first and the fact that they didn't care about them was also nice... well... until that "opportune" Pin appeared just to drag them to the teachers room just before Sawako could even complete the sentence about her relationship with them... "nice" timing to say the least. I just hope things to get clear in the next episode. |

| Ugh, misunderstanding. Good ol' classic anime trope that'll come in handy anytime 'furthering the plot' calls. First 2 episodes, even the last one, were so nice. Then now we have this absolute hot mess of misunderstandings. Cutting before people can finish their sentence, being dragged out during key moments of a conversation, and ofc, a pretty jealous bitch who makes all the shit up. Man they just had to stir the drama up with the cheapest fucking trick. I'm so disappointed. |

| I love these two characters a lot but this all wouldn't have been a problem if they had just listened to what Sawako had to say when they asked if she liked them. It's obvious she had more to say. |

| These forced misunderstandings were utterly asinine. Pin dragging them away the first time was one thing, but them just cutting Sawako off before she could actually answer the question they went out of their way to ask her was ridiculously forced. A bit concerning to see bad writing like this emerging after just four episodes. |
