Bonjour Suzuki's productions are so soft, and I love the foreign element of French in the lyrics sometimes, and the sampling, and the composition basically. Adventurous, fantasist, powerful, peaceful.

Japanese translations of the most popular KPOP songs. I chose to learn Japanese in part because of the exotism of its phonemes: there's few "ku" and "shi" in my languages, for example. So I focus on lyrics for poetry. And KPOP with Japanese gains a familiarity I find desirable. For example DUN DUN by EVERGLOW. (GOD THAT KOHITSUJI NO YOU NI!)

Teo and their use of Miku's voice, it's vocaloid though so perhaps anime-related...

Metal! Wagakki for traditional elements, and Babymetal for idols in metal, and at last Yousei Teikoku for German elements, fantastic and gothic lyrics, and gothic lolita imagery. SERIOUSLY. GOTHIC LOLITA PROPAGANDA AS TITLE. I. BOW. TO. THIS.

I recently found out about Wagakki Band, they are awesome.

Well they have worked on a handful of anime theme songs but the one I linked shouldn't be one of them.

I've been listening to Keina Suda recently (known as 'balloon' when working with Vocaloid). There's something about his songs that make me feel melodramatic but also hopeful. The instrumentals in his songs are really great!

I have been obsessed with this song lately! It's GROTESQUE by lynch. It's such an awesome song, I have been non-stop talking about it to my friends. If you like rock or metal, this song might be of interest. It's very melodic and almost has this "dark and spooky" sound to it, just a bit... I've actually been trying to learn how to sing it... I'll stop rambling now! Overall an awesome song.

Also, I feel like I should also mention the song Zetsubou (Sin) by Mucc. Also a great song as well!

I have been listening to Ichiko Aoba's album 0 non-stop for the last year or so. It's just so calming and every time I hear those first guitar cords I feel like a relaxing wave is washing over me

On the soundtrack side of things, I've been listening to Kota Hoshino's soundtrack for FromSoft's Evergrace, which is this wild borderline experimental sounding cacophony of sound.

I really like these groups or artists:
-B'z
-Shiggy Jr.
-Babymetal
(sue me)
-Namie Amuro
-m-flo

Those are some of them. I know, B'z and Namie Amuro have anime openings... even then, B'z is exclusive to Detective Conan, and Namie Amuro was exclusive to One Piece when she was still doing music. I found out about B'z from Detective Conan, but Namie Amuro I've been listening to since 2004, a whole twelve years before I even began One Piece and knew she did openings on it.

I pretty much love most, if not all of the group's songs. Anyway, here are some of my favorites songs from the four (some have guitar covers over it because YouTube copyright lol but it's not that much different from the original):
B'z - Black Coffee (2015)
B'z - Amarinimo (2015)
Shiggy Jr. - Bokuhaamenonaka (2017)
Babymetal - GIMME CHOCO!! (2013)
Namie Amuro - Baby Don't Cry (2007)
m-flo - come again (2001)

I really wanted to put B'z - Don't Wanna Lie on this list, but at the very last moment I found out it is used as the theme song for Detective Conan Movie 15. I also found out that Four Seasons by Namie Amuro was used in Inuyasha Movie 3, wanted that on the list....

I also... really like... Touhou fan songs and covers.... a lot.

Could name lots (most I listen to aren't from anime as far as I know).

Loser by Kenshi Yonezu (pop)

Killing Me by Sim (rock/punk)

Neurose by My First Story (alt rock/post-hardcore?)

Tenohiru De Odoru by Sokoninaru (alt rock, similar to Ling Tosite)

M1917 by A Crowd of Rebellion (eclectic alt rock, similar to Maximum the Hormone in some songs)

愛を伝えたいだとか by Aimyon (groovy pop)

If by Da Pump (pop)

ストラトキャスター・シーサイド by Suspended 4th (funky alt rock)

脳みそあらおう by 385 (punk, groovy)

Super Spa-Ome-no-yu by オメでたい頭でなにより(dumb song, fun alt rock)

Drift Apart and Southern Cross by Sailing Before The Wind (post-hardcore/metalcore)

Crystal Lake and Crossfaith are a couple of great hardcore/metalcore bands, with songs in English.
