| Fantastic adaptation, I got nothing to say this time around. Felt like an eternity since You can become a hero was played in an actual scene, and it was the perfect moment to use it since it mirrors that same scene from S1 EP2. I also liked a loooot how they made the Chisaki meeting scene, his voice actors so incredible. The direction had improved so much, it's insane. Keep going Bones ! |
| Great episode. The encounter with Chisaki was awesome, I love how they are using polite speech to address each other even though in the scenario, Chisaki/Deku and Mirio are very suspicious of each other. Poor Eri. :( Definitely the highlight of the episode was the scene between Deku and All Might. Their relationship is a real driving part of the show and I got really emotional as All Might talked about Deku had changed him and that he was gonna beat fate and live on to help him out. So much heart. <3 The scene was shot beautifully in the evening light very reminiscent of episode 2. Props to Bones they just make the manga source so much better in the anime. |

| What a twist of fate having Deku run into Eri and Overhaul. I know Deku wants to save her real badly, but its too dangerous especially when he doesn't know Overhaul's quirk. It seems that All Might and Nighteye had a falling out over All Might's future including his death. I doubt All Might would put himself in harms way after fighting All For One, but who knows. I almost cried during the All Might and Deku scene. They really do have a father/son relationship |

| I also want to say that this is the kind of scene that completly justifies the fact that AM didn't die in his fight against AFO. His death sure would be a very big step in Midoriya's growth, but Horikoshi found a very good way of using a retired AM for Deku's development, and there's still the tension of not knowing when Nighteyes prediction's gonna happen. It's way less cliche than it could have been. |

| As I like to say "Everything always comes back to All Might". The "Master's death" is a comon theme among shonen, it happened in Naruto, Jojo or the closest to MHA, Assassination Classroom. Unfortunately unlike AssClass which is centered around Koro-Sensei, MHA is still centered around Izuku and his journey to become the number 1 hero. Announcing All Might death like that seems really cheesy while it could have been by total surprise and Izuku would have been even more shocked and changed by the event. The subtle annoucement of the beginning of s4 OP which take back the visuals of the first opening but All Might isn't there anymore and Izuku instead of reaching his hand for a figure Izuku grab his destiny and becomes his own future is infinitely smarter than this kind of long-ass discussion. But I'm not a hypocrite, the feels are there, especially with the theme, All Might is GOAT anyway. |
| So we all knew All Might was probably going to die soon, but to think that his future-seeing sidekick actually saw it happen... Nighteye was right about Deku though. Haste makes waste, and it's pretty arrogant of him to think he can save someone whenever he wants to. Sorry Eri but we can't save you yet |
| I really wanted Deku to try save Eri but I know that would have been foolish, so it was better this way. Still, I really look forward to more Eri scenes. But I also wanna see Kirishima fight. Can't wait for the next ep ^^ |

| This episode was an emotional one. I've read the manga so it's not like I didn't know Deku found out about All Might's secret with Nighteye but I read it so long ago that it basically hit me just as hard as it did the first time around. I think the way they showed Eri, Overhaul, Mirio and Deku's interaction was really good, especially the way Overhaul touched his glove to get Eri to go back to him (very nice foreshadowing right there). As far as episodes go, it wasn't my favourite since, all things considered, not much happened but it was still good regardless. I'm super excited for next week when we get a full episode dedicated to best boy Kirishima even though his real time to shine (and make me cry) will come later. |

| The whole scene with Eri, saying don't go as she was trembling send shivers down my spine, the poor thing. Overhaul is scary beyond word. I feel like the build up is really nice so far, next week focus on Kirishima. |

| Deku was really pushing his luck during that encounter with Chisaki. He could have really gotten himself and Mirio in a bad situation. Finally All Might reveals that Nighteye foresaw his death. That scene was very well done, and it really shows just how significant the relationship between All Might and Deku is to the show overall. |

| Such a powerful episode. Deku having to let the girl go and his feelings about it. Plus finding out how Togata was supposed to be All Might's successor and not him. Then finding out All Might is going to die. Damn that's a lot to deal with. |
| Isnt asking future guy the obvious solution? Didnt think his forsight worked like that. Also deku had 1 day of work and then its back to school? Thought it would atleast be a couple weeks. I hope we will see more of the other characters again as well. I think explosion boy had some good developement along Deku, would be a shame if that would change now. |

It's clear early on however the same mind numbingly slow pace is set to continue, which wouldn't be an issue if everything about it wasn't so derivative. You can have a cliched anime and do it well so long as you get the pacing right (KnY for example), but BnHA has been an absolutely perfect example (personally) of how not to handle cliched material. You can watch multiple seasons of this and get close to zero pay off, a few neat moments at best. How it has developed it's reputation is beyond me. It just shows you're a kid if you're still comparing anime |

| Pretty nice moment between Deku and All Might. Guess I'm not too surprised All Might is supposed to die soon. He definitely pushed himself too far with his injury. Tho now that he retired I can see how Nighteye's future sight would have changed. They made a joke out him going to See Nighteye again, but I kinda doubt it would actually happen. |

| The first episode being a semi recap was a bit of a cold start for the season. However, it feels like the story is finally picking up! Can't wait to learn more about Eri's backstory. The villain team-up felt ominous and has got me hyped for what's to come. All Might's disagreement with Nighteye and his speech to Deku was such a feels trip. ;-; |
