That only applies if you're doing the challenge twice. So you have to completely finish an entire form before you start another form.

No. xD This means that you can only do one challenge at a time. In case you wanted to do it several times with different restrictions or something like that.
You could read everything at the same time for one challenge if you wanted to.

Can somebody recommend me anything for the 2018 Manga Reading Challenge? It's one of the challenges I got... Maybe somebody can recommend one of their favorites?

Any genre is fine, as long as it isn't anything from the horror genre... I'm really bad at dealing with horror... D:

If it can help: you have some really nice anime and manga favorite. I especially like Ran to Haiiro no Sekai and Vagabond.

I'm sorry, I don't understand your question.
Is the one-shot Okubyoumono no I Love You, the prototype for Akihabara Fall In Love?
It didn't seem like it.
Or are you saying that the Okubyoumono no I Love You in this manga is the one-shot for this manga?
They seem like different series from what I read, although for some reason the series' characters are in Akihabara Fall In Love's MAL page, they're different authors as well.

From what I see, it's just a similar name. But please do tell me if you have more information.

Also, I have a few questions:

(59) Read a manga of a demographic that can apply to you
(60) Read a manga of a demographic that does not apply to you ---> does that mean that if I'm 24 I need to read a Josei/Seinen manga, while I need to read a Shoujo/Shounen manga for what does not apply to me? (I feel like this is a dumb question, so I'm sorry for that)

Can i get some recommendations for the followings

1) Read a manga that has been adapted to CD drama
2)Read a manga that started serialization before 1995
3)Read a manga that has a main character that is a professional in his field
4)Read a manga based on real event or person
5)Read a manga about something related to Japanese culture

Would prefer seinen with any of these (Psychological,sci-fi,slice of life) with good ratings

Also i have some doubts
1)Does Medaka Box counts for Read a manga with a protagonist with an unnatural hair color

It's good that Slop leveling won the CR awards with such a power gap, Gaijin Weebs don't deserve good anime.
Not after what they did to frieren, kusuriya, and many others

So for manga serialized before 1995 its starting date should be before 1995 but finishing date may or maynot be before 1995, right

For (83) Read a manga that is related to something you have previously read
A sequel of the book would be valid, right?

Also, how do you know the serialization year?

Prequels, Sequels, Side Storys, Spinoffs all work for 83.

Serialization just another word for publishing. Look at the publish dates on the database page.

35.Read one of the highest rated and completed manga titles from another challenge participant

does it have to be highly rated by them or be highly rated on MAL as a whole?

By the participant. ;)
Also, for high rates consider the ones between: 10 to 8.

I think I underestimated myself at first so I severely upped the difficulty for my challenge and now I need help with this (probably will need more recs for other challenges later on but.... we'll get there lol):

(78) Read a manga recommended to you by a challenge staff member
