| Pretty enjoyable start. Art, animation, and character designs all seem fine so far. Hestia steals the show as the adorable beauty and Bell's got the drive to improve that makes him easy to root for. A bit concerned that he'll become too obsessed with the so far stoic beauty Ais, potentially causing drama between him and Hestia, which we're already seeing bit of come to think of it. But I'll worry more on that if/as it comes. In the meanwhile I look forward to some world building and watching Bell grow with Hestia. |
| I'm not sure what I expected from the anime. The first episode was quite solid and introduced some of the characters nicely. I didn't get the "whoa this is awesome" feeling though and I don't understand the hype around Hestia (though I might when watching more episodes). Actually I found her a bit annoying even though I actually like tsundere characters. |

| As the first episode there are things incomprehensible, but I thought worse, since a friend who I respect very much had no opinion was very positive. I just hope that it can improve the story and the narrative even more, given that in terms of graphics and technical, is already decent. The characters at the level of caracter design seems well characterized, they just develop them temperamentally. |

| Alright, just watched the first one. Seems like they made their choice very clear for this adaptation 1) Focusing on hestia by adapting every single scene with her, even adding some if necessary, whereas everything else has a good amount of scene removed 2) Focusing on Hestia... 's anatomy during those scenes. And making her as cute as possible. On that point, hats off for her seiyuu, who does a magnificent job as making her more likeable, that was impressive. 3) NOT focusing on dungeon scenes. That scene with the war shadow especially is quite long with a good amount of explanation needed. It lacks so much explanations that we don't even know which level of the dungeon it was. It the 6th, yes, he moved lower than he never did. And the war shadows are newby-killers. Just two of them almost killed him, they were too fast and too brutal compared to his previous opponents. 4) NOT focusing on other characters. That scene in the bar with Bete's speech was awful because they cut so much from the discussion that it sounds like there is no logical relation between his question and the rest >_< 5) NOT focusing on explanations about Gods, adventurers, familias, status, the Guild, and the dungeon itself. Wow, there was like... 90% removed. No kidding here O_o" Other than that, it looks fun to follow so far. Good animation, I like the colours and all. |

| I really like the title of this anime, lol. So Bell likes Aiz, but Hestia freakin' loves Bell. Hopefully, he'll find that out soon enough. Meanwhile, Bete sure knows how to move the plot. |

| The artwork and animation seem quite good in terms of budget. Hope this is not a first episode thing and then the show goes to economic mode. Can't blame him for falling for the blond knight girl. She's absolutely gorgeous. | I really shouldn't be watching this especially in the middle of the night but you know I saw some of the art on Gelbooru and a burning question started to knaw at my brain. How the fuck does that ribbon work? seriously they should be falling out every time she puts her arms in the air like she just don't care. Oh and the rest of the episode to be honest I don't remember much, the tits were a bit distracting but the bar scene I remembered that part because it was really fucking stupid. I guess I'l watch a few episodes at least. |

| The characters are attractive, the art is appealing, the harem application is fresh, and the setting is quite interesting. However, the plot is lackluster so far if it can be said a plot has even developed based on merely a pilot episode, and it see this as having a very generic cast of characters, though I'll like the females anyway just for being hawt. Overall, it was a good episode. I kind of like the way it seamlessly mixed silly ecchi with that medieval RPG flair. I probably enjoyed this more than others because I haven't watched Sword Art Online yet, let alone any other RPG anime (.hack, etc). This probably won't be an amazing series but I gather it'll still be pretty enjoyable. |

| I really hope they don't spoil the anime with abuse of fan service :( The vibe is quite good! although i think 13 eps is too short and they have to crumple up things together. I mean the first ep is quite face paced but i'm silently denying all that cause i like the setting. hope it gets good! Ah yes, the goddess girl, she's attractive. so far the first ep is a bit light hearted. but I hope it pokes my soul by the time it reaches the end! |

| Woah, I didn't know Kirito pulled a Tokyo Ghoul on us! It's interesting hearing a softer Matsuoka, but he's still got those same signature battle cries. So far so good, the concept is neat and I like the world building thus far. Hestia is hilariously cute and bonus points that it's the same voice as Noel from Sora no Method. |

| Ok first ep. I'm already smelling all the girls who will fall for Bell for absolutely no reason at all but if we overlook the somewhat ridiculous fanservice and the girls reason for falling for Bell it could turn out to be pretty good. I kinda wanted more explanations on why the dungeons are there and level explanation but maybe it'll come later. Kinda wished Bell had another reason than becoming stronger to get a girl... :p Had a good laugh when Bell ran out after that wolf guy made fun of him, poor 10 year old guy who will soon have a harem for no reason at all. |

| It was forced because they basically cut everything. After talking for one hour in the restaurant, they were talking about their expedition with their God Loki when Bete mention that peculiar event about Bell. He then proceed to explain to Loki why they were chasing Minotaurus up to such level, and to laugh at Bell. between the moment where he start laughing about bell and the moment he ask Ais that final question there is 4 full page. And I repeat, it's between the start of the conversation and the end, there was that one hour talk (mostly skipped even in the LN), that explanation about why they were chasing Minotaurus, and THEN 4 more pages about Bete. Add to that the fact that he was drunk and regretted afterwards his last question, and there's nothing to cringe about here anymore. |

Chance to encounter them were high especially the day right after their return of an expedition, chances were extremely high. Now, as you know, Bell didn't choose to come here, he was invited by Syr. This is a pretty huge restaurant who get a lot of adventurers (for a reason you'll see in episode 9 lol? x) ) as clients so again, there is no surprise here. Bell came here because he was invited by a cute girl to come. Loki likes this restaurant because the waitresses are all cute girls (yes, that's her reason, because Loki likes girls). In this end, not as much as a coincidence as you may think~ As for what he think.. Who know, that guy is a bit of a tsundere after all. In either case, he regretted saying it, that's for sure. That man is "jitsuryokushugisha" ( he judges people according to what they can do, if you're competent he respects you, if you're not you're basically trash in his eyes) so at the very least the way he looks down to bell at that time was really his opinion. After all at this time Bell is both useless and pathetic after all. However, he has also no problem to start acknowledging someone who was useless as competent and respect that person if that person changes accordingly. | Are you seriously believing that it's a coincidence that Syr saw him and that she took a liking to him? I seriously doubt it personally. I'll extend the conversation using a bit of infos coming a few episodes later so I'll use a spoiler, so peoples who didn't at least watch up to episode 6 should avoid reading it. In the end, what you call plot convenience is something that you see in ABSOLUTELY ANY STORY. Ther eis always some degree of coincidence remaining. The only problem here is to know if the coincidence is so big that there was almost no chances it happens, or not. As I proved above, chances were actually quite good of it happening. The fact that it was the same day was mandatory since it was linked. They both were in a restaurant that day due to the same reason, the fact that the Loki Familia came back the day before. And they both in the same restaurant due to a coincidence of some degree, yes, but not that much, due to that restaurant fitting two conditions necessary for both of them : beauty of at least one waitress and the fact that that restaurant is welcoming adventurers easily. It's also one of the biggest and most prosperous around, due to it being on the main street, so the chance were even higher since it need to be on the main street for Syr to be close of Bell at that time, and by being big it's more easily attracting lots of clients. There's coincidence, yes, but to a very bearable level. You're making it sounds like it's the author lack f skill here, whereas this is something unavoidable at that level to almost any fictional story. |

But it is indeed just your assumption, you're assuming that they have a connection, however it may sound plausible, it is not yet a fact confirmed by the author. And yes, it is my mistake to have linked the anime's shortcoming to the author, I should have known better that there is no perfect adaption. I guess I just cringed because of how the anime portrayed Bete as such a typical bad-mouthing people kind of guy, who's trying to woo Aiz. Oh, and I forgot another detail, why did Bete assumed that Aiz would want a guy like Bete? I remember the conversation went like this, Bete: *bad mouthing the coward*.. You wouldn't want a guy like that, right? Isn't it better to just pick me. .. something along the line. Any idea? |

| No, no, no, it's not "just my assumption. We're talking about an unfinished story here. If something that appears to be coincidence at first is revealed late in the story to not be a coincidence at all, that's not the author being bad, that's the author being good. WIth the amount of foreshadowing on this point, you cannot just discard everything like that and say "it wasn't answered YET so it doesn't exist and the author's storytelling is poor". That doesn't work like that. It's a fact that there is several foreshadowing pointing toward the fact that those points are linked in one way or another. It's different from just having all those facts with neither foreshadowing nor explanation about them. Most well done novels have scenes at the beginning that are only completely understood far later in the story. It sounds to me like Bete is actually after Ais, but know very well that she isn't interested by him, so he doesn't try to go after her actively, and instead is by her side. Simply, that day, he was too drunk and actually tried badly to have her saying that she preferred him. Part of the fact that he was regretting that later was probably the fact that he understood that he pretty much lead Ais to say that she didn't like him lol. Well, that's my assumption, this time. |

| What a bland show. Kirito is back ladies and gentlemen. If only a harem could actually have a main that isn't dense as stone. Is this what the japanese think will happen when you're nice? That every bitch in your area will wanna start sucking your dick? Couldn't help but laugh at the cringe worthy moments this episode had. And what is up with japanese culture and always portraying the man as the provider and the saviour while women tend to be the caretakers and in constant need of help? *cough Fairy Tail*. Drop the boring gender roles already. This is 2015, not 1915. Idk about you people but I felt the characters of this show are bland as fuck. Pretty much every female is existing to make the main character feel loved and have people around him wanting to suck his cock. BORING. This is actually worse than SAO, and that is quite the feat. |
| An episode to quick but I couldn't wait much longer as I wanted to give this anime a try for quite a while already! And well I can understand the actual good hype of this anime! Looking forward to see what this anime will offer us, but from this first episode it looks quite promising! |

| We get a little backstory on how goddesses live with the humans. Bell seems to be an alright lead and yet he just wants to get stronger so he could impress the girl who saved him. The opening theme is alright (though it might grow on me). |
