| When I first queried my username my lists were private. I set them to public but the site is still returning me data assuming my lists are still private. Does it just take time to refresh the data or is this a bug? |

| http://myanimelist.net/anime/32190 There is a problem with this special, the MAL entry shows it aired in 2016, whereas the graph.anime.plus shows it in 2015. I would guess that it was added to MAL with an airdate in 2015 (2 min ver), then changed to 2016 (25 min ver) later, and graph.anime.plus doesn't pick up this change. So I would assume it would be similar for all such cases when the airing year of an entry is changed. |

| For the long runner manga achievement do the manga need at least 20 volumes or more than 20? The achivement text implies 20, but I don't have the achievement and two of my fifteen qualifying manga have exactly 20 so I'm not sure if bug or me. |

For future reference, the admin recently removed all users from the database that hadn't updated their graph in a month so you probably hadn't updated it in a month, so I just added you back! If you click that link and it says that again, just find a textbox and add you username there and wait a few minutes and it should be good! |

These include Watching, Completed, On-Hold and Dropped but not plan to watch. For the weighted score, you first need to separate how many anime from the studio you have scored vs. how many you have not scored. The new average score then becomes the percentage of scored anime * average score beside it added to percentage of unscored anime * mean score of all anime. For weighting, you first need to figure out the weighting compared to other series. This would be the number of total entries in the studios (both rated and unrated) divided by the studio that had the highest number of entries (for you this would be Studio Deen with 27 entries). Then take 1-(that number)^8/9 and put that number to the power of 2 to get final weight. That percentage is then applied to the mean of all anime series and the remaining percentage goes to the adjusted average score we calculated above to get the weighted score of the creator. For your first example, the average is (10+9)/2 = 9.5, the adjusted average is (9.5*2+7.5*0)/(2+0)=9.5. The first weight score would be 2/27 which is about 0.074 then (1-0.074^8/9)^2 = 0.812 then 81.2% goes to the mean of 7.5 and 18.8% goes to the adjusted average of 9.5 to get about the 7.88 that’s listed there. For you third example, the average score is (10)/1 = 10, the adjusted average is (10*1+7.5*1)/(1+1) = 8.75. The weight is calculated the same as above so 81.2% goes to mean of 7.5 and 18.8% goes to adjusted average of 8.75 to get about 7.74 that’s there. |

| Got a weird issue. On my profile (http://graph.anime.plus/MuFeR) I get 1 mismatch because MAL split a series into 2 entries and lowered the episode count on the original one but the website assumes I should use the old episode count to be correct (which is not even possible to do). It's been like that for a while and I assumed it may fix itself after a couple of weeks but still get the same after refreshing. |
