Just wanting to make sure :) also; with the sign up do we have to fill in the anime we have already watched or are currently watching? Your favorite type of show seems to be high tension mysteries. Because of that, I'd recommend Shion no Ou, which is a murder mystery mixed with shougi. Don't expect a 10/10 show, as it has problems with Studio Deen QUALITY, but expect 22 episodes of strategizing and detective work. The thing is, I picked this anime (for the challenge about archetypes as a main character) because the description says she's cold, nick-named "dry ice" but eventually warms up to people around her. Sounds like the tsundere type. But after watching several episodes, her tsundere nature is not quite as pronounced as what you typically expect. In the end, I want to know how strict things are and if this one will count for the challenge. Again, you could argue for her being a tsundere, but it's a really odd situation. What you have are two characters who like each other, but won't or aren't able to admit to it through their own social awkwardness. It's essentially a two-way one-sided relationship. Also again, it's far easier to say that Haru fits an archetype since he does, but if you want an anime with clear -dere archetype, it might be easier to look for something else. You could probably look up Kugimiya Rie since she's always pigeonheld to be a tsundere. |
