Arata was pretty OP at the start there and that was a nice save by Arin near the end. It's quite simple actually. Illya said that Hijiri is planning to destroy and reconstruct the world and that she was to keep Arata in her dimension in the meantime. Arata was under the misconception that Hijiri died/was trapped in another world but he understands now that she has her own agenda and goals. If one of these goals is the destruction of the world while Arata is against that, it doesn't take a genius to understand that they are enemies. The reason why Hijiri appeared in front of Arata now is that it 'cannot be helped'. Hijiri's plan of locking Arata in a different space failed and he is now aware of it. If he were to train to control his power with his demon king element he could pose a major threat to her plans. As to why she wants to destroy and reconstruct the world, it will be explained in the remaining episodes. It still doesn't change the fact that Hijiri love Arata and Arata love Hijiri. They are both fighting for something different. The anime has pretty bad production values, everything should have been faster paced and that's one of the reason I think the anime look retarded. |

Arata then picks up Ilia, giving him two grimoires. Lol, Hijiri is everyone. To be honest, Hijiri's pretty hot. Kind of weird how when Arata shouted Hijiri, Arin appeared. I wish they would explain more on what happened to Hijiri. Maybe next episode. So Hijiri will attack the school and Levi and Yui and maybe the Headmaster will have to defend it. A girl with an eyepatch appears and apparently Liese comes back! (^_^) |

| Pretty good episode. Didn't take long for Arata to get Illya to submit to him, now he has two grimoires. I wonder how many more he will collect before the story ends (in manga form anyway). Can't wait for next episode, where Ish Kerioth attacks the school, and more importantly, Rogue finally appears. Tho technically she appeared at the very end of this ep. |
| They're setting it up pretty well for a second season. Good thing there's actually enough material FOR a second season (and then some). Just hoping that they don't go the Original Anime Ending route and force a conclusion (ala AGK). This series really deserves a second season. |

| The fanservice in this ep is quite a lot as usual but i think its not need that Lilith's pantsu shot at that moment, we are in a serious pinch bro. And for another note, that transformation of Hijiri to satan form is quite a service too. Her new form looks awesome and badass and executed nicely. Also for the anti magic from Arata's transformation is really powerful that even can strip grimoire, lol. Yep, no one more advance at strip than Arata, the Demon Lord candidate. |

I hate Hijiri in this arc... yeah she looks cool and all but she's a fucking huge bitch in this current arc... plus she's insane here... I did read the manga why she's acting as of now in this episode... maybe somebody did brainwash her... and tell things which convince her that Arata would total destroy all worlds.. and she now thinking she needs to kill him in order to prevent that... but still I don't like the current her in this episode or arc of this current season... seriously i'm currently pissed off at her |

| I still don't have much of a concept of what's going on or where the story is heading now. Still a pretty awesome show, guess when I watch the next episode I'll find out why Hijiri is now Arata's self proclaimed enemy and why Hijiri and her group our targeting schools. I don't suppose there's enough episodes left for Arata to now go and find Selina's sister trapped in another dimension where time has stopped? There's always the manga I guess. |

| With every coming episode this series feels more and more like some epic fanfiction with strong fanservice elements. Not to mention it's pretty well done. It is still just a copy, borrowing frome many famous series, Fate for example. But I'm enjoying it nevertheless. |

| Wow this episode was so packed with action. I was also surprised that they got arata's deamon lord under control so fast AND that he actually remembered what he did instead of just forgetting it. Wow it's to bad that hidiri is on the dark side. I hope that Arata and the trinity 7 will save her. In this moment I bet arata was subconsciously really happy and be thinking something like " Oh lilith, I didn't know you were so forward". (since he's touching her tits in that scene) Lol xD  |
