| I like how Killua was praised and deprecated for his decision to run in the same episode. And Gon in reverse. And in each case by an experienced, skilled nen user. It really shows that there really is no correct ideology or mindset in Hunter x Hunter. |

| Foreshadowing is always so foreboding. Perhaps because it's almost always a happy, innocuous scene. Why was Kite's blood sparkling. t_t Ohh Shinichirou Miki is Knov's seiyuu. Also, he and Morel are really annoying. Poor Killua and his issues. And Gon's optimism. *crai* Best episode for me in a while. |

| Yet another powerful episode, looks like Neferpitou is in a whole different class. It was probably one hell of a revelation for them to encounter an enemy that made them feel that hopeless. I wonder if they plan to use Kite for the King, if that happens I just have no idea how Killua and Gon are going to become strong enough to take him on. I also think those reinforcements are overconfident, but time will tell. The light/darkness scene between Killua and Gon was heartwarming, but the optimism of Kite's survival is in vain. |

| This is just getting too strange to me, but I love it. Really great work from mad house. the ost were really cool and the story progress is well done. Didn't expect Kite to die this early, I guess HxH is really not your typical shounen anime. |

| I normally don't go back and comment on old episode discussions, but for this I think I have to. Holy shit...I got absolutely played when Gon said that Kite was alive. I just assumed that he was. To find out a second later his head was in Neferpitou's lap I was like umm WTF? Awesome episode. |

| Oh man poor baby Killua ): <3 A really great epsiode, 4.99/5. I could do without the last scene to be honest, R.I.P. Kite. I also sort of dislike how Gon seems like to know everything after he just woke up, about the training, and about almost everything, otherwise, great moment there, nice bond. By the way, we won't get to see that Kite vs Neferpitou fight? Man.. Can't wait to see Killua use that technique I read from the Election arc, that technique is fucking imba. Netero is a boss! I wonder how strong the other 2 are, they sure are sort of cocky in front of the "brats". My heart still bled for Killua, poor guy. |

| I think that episode was a bit too much to take in. I'll just go to sleep and resume the marathoning another day. Man, all the tension contained in Pitou's attack scene : of course the kids wouldn't listen to Kite until it was too late (didn't he tell them to run away as soon as he told them to ?), and fucking Gon is the luckiest person in the world to have a Killu by his side. The last few minutes were heart-wrenching: the stark contrast between Gon and Killu's hopes and resolve to 'rescue' Kite and the somber reality of his death was handled perfectly. The episode's title was very fitting. I did see that death coming, but it still managed to make me tear up. |
