| Ok episode. I like how Kuroko's worries about Mikoto were handled. The lucky card/four leaf clover section on the other hand wasn't as engaging. The next few episodes are going to be awesome with the introduction of ITEM. |

| Decent episode. I never knew Misaka's late night shift would be attacking those buildings responsible for Misaka Network. Next episode would be awesome. I can't wait for ITEM's introduction and more catfight. :3 |

| Despite the thoroughness of Mikoto in not leaving any traces or evidence of her involvement, science betrays the fact that she, as the strongest Electromaster in the city is the prime suspect in the attacks. That said, this was actually a Kuroko episode. It greatly bothered her that she could not assist her beloved Onee-sama in her mysterious night missions, but in the end found reassurance that Mikoto appreciated what little support she could take from Kuroko. Mikoto's working quickly at the rate of more than one laboratory destroyed per night - but that was only because she was practically unopposed. Next time, it seems the higher-ups are bringing in a certain group of espers to counter Mikoto, the group frequently mentioned and rumored by noisy manga readers in the past episode threads: ITEM. |

| This season is extremely disappointing. When does this shit get good? There was only a couple episodes of this season that I liked. I really hope this season starts picking up sometime soon. The first season was so good. |

| If this was a filler, it was a pretty damn good filler. Didn't feel like a filler at all to be honest. I thought this episode did a very good job showing how this situation is affecting everyone. (well Kuroko) It sucked seeing Mikoto go through all this by herself, but that's her character. =/ |

| 4/5 Based on what we saw in this episode, it can be interpreted as a waste of time, but if we frame with the perspective given to us from the promo, it all makes sense. The calm before the storm! Hard to digest this setting of the narrative style slice of life, after so much adrenaline. Nice designs and good animations. Kuroko does not penetrate as MC meter Uhiharu and Saten-san we can easily! The next episode seems compelling. |

| Judgement was a bit childish. Supposed to be patrolling the town, but ended up playing in front of a riverbank with a kid. ALL of the members, not just one. Almost as bad as AntiSkill shooting with their eyes closed haha. |

She want to do all by herself, even though it's impossible. Especially now that the director, or whoever he is, seem to have took a decision to protect his project. If she have to fight two strong esper who already knows her powers, she'll need some help. |

| Nice... Misaka destroying lab is awesome. Also can we stop spreading Uiharu and Saten combo? Nobody gives a fuck. Like seriously, stop. Why are you wasting screen time for them. Also I just realized. 7 episodes in and the only Touma scene we get is a one line scene on episode 1. Meanwhile on the first season of Railgun we got episode 4 full of Touma with that battle. |

| Episode that stinks of transition a mile away, as the narrative progressed, I wouldn't say it was boring, but a little redundant yes. The episode surprises for one thing: Misaka despite the support of her friends, carries on her revenge alone. The next episode promises to be very compelling and engaging for the new characters that come into play in the story, hurray! On the positive side, the figure of the director enters the scene and we will find him again in the series of Railgun T. |

| It's very hot lately, so don't want to do anything.. Willpower to even watch anime is needed.. ;D Well, to episode.. Well, now that Misaka performed attacks on laboratories, they will be highly alerted.. Saten is pervert, to be honest.. Who just randomly wants to see someone's panties.. ;p And Misaka attacking right after she had contact with sisters.. I will be surprised if researchers don't find out instantly that it's her business.. Well, both Kuroko and that little boy/girl got their luck.. |
