I felt old when I was 14. Aging every day makes little to no difference to me.

Ha ha, same here. I always thought the time between my 13th-14th year was my prime. Silly me. I'll no longer be a teen in my next birthday, and though part of me doesn't want to age, I'm a bit excited to turn 20. Still young at heart. Hopefully matured enough in mind.

Lol. Even though I'm in my mid twenties. I am looking forward to being an old man with grey hair, a long grey beard. and acting like an ancient chinese master of martial arts XD

Whenever I get too tired of this shit, that's when I'd like to quit this aging thing and finally get some rest.

I gotta tell you it's horrible being really mature in mind when you're young. I hate thinking "too deep" about things especially at work because where I work all the older workmates don't ever think I could actually have rational and important thoughts in my head... it feels like they are trying to suffocate me by not taking my thoughts seriously. It sucks. And it sucks when you're 24 and your soul is ancient lol.

In my opinion...around age of 25-30. xD You're starting to work, you have to take more responsibilities ... and they are other things and stuffs when you're like 25 or 15 ... :>

20. I'm still in the university, and working at the same time. Although in school, I get mistaken to be in grade school/high school, at work, people think I'm a co-worker's child. It's getting tiring making people believe I'm old enough to go to an R-13 movie, when I look like a little kid.

And act like a little kid too.

My perception of age is very screwed, seeing as I don't age very well.

(But really, I'd like a bf who's around my age, not someone as young as I look. But I'm thinking they're all pedophiles if someone my age and a total stranger happen to notice me. Argh.)

Tough luck. All my co-workers are at least twice my age and older, but they treat me all the same.
Then again I've always been taken seriously, sometimes a little too seriously than I'd want to.

25-30 probably. But it depends on your goals and where you are in life for your age. And society of course.

I'd like to stop getting older at 26. Just to be sure I finished growing (because I'm barely 20) and be young forever.

Actually, yeah... I am eternal.

It depends what the laws in your country are like. But once you're allowed to do pretty much everything and you're over 20, everything will just go downhill from there, and then your life will mostly suck until your life either ends or you're retired.

Most of mine are, too. And they really are acting childish and stabbing other people's back more than I could ever do myself. And why they treat me like a teenager (or that's how it feels) might be because "I cannot possibly understand life because I'm so young" blah. No, I don't know what it is to have kids but I do know stuff they don't understand themselves. And I think they are a bit jealous because I have the courage to actually speak up my mind with them although I'm the youngest worker. Most of them could not possibly think of talking like I do when they were younger and rookies :P

I'd probably like to stop aging after I turn 24. I just turned 19 on the 14th and I already feel old as fuck. It still hasn't hit me yet, but I'm sure when it does, it will hit hard.

I think that each person is different and it is based on that persons personal life experiences. I am 30 now and can't wait to get older and a large part of that is because my senior year of high school (age 17) I had a massive heart attack and almost died. I felt really old for the rest of the year and did not really enjoy much, but then after a few years I started to enjoy the fact that I even made it to another birthday. Now I have my own family and it is like finding my youth again because keeping up with my kids lets me re-live some of the simpler times of my own past. Plus their innocence keeps me feeling young.

I also have several friends ranging from young 20's to mid 30's and their views also vary in how old they feel. Some of my youngest friends dread getting any older and vice versa, but to each their own.

I'm 23 now, and I'd probably want to stop aging at 27-28. Many people at that age already know themselves well enough, are smarter because of experience, are independent, are still considered young, are more or less established in their career, etc. It's perfect IMO

I keep trying to tell myself I'm younger than I am in hopes it will trick my body into stop ageing. I look early a decade younger than I am so maybe its working.

I get really depressed every birthday and dont want to celebrate it but get forced into it.

I'm 21 and don't really care. Being 15 or whatever sucked, anyway. Right now I'm old enough to do whatever the hell I want without people questioning me and yet young enough that nobody expects anything. It's nice.

I still live with my parents, get called 'boy' and 'kid' by family, go to school etc. so I have little reason to feel 'old'.

Tbh, this is a very touchy topic for me. I've grown up around people who are extremely rude and arrogant just because they are older than me, so frankly, I don't think it matters. All that matters is who you are on the inside.

But age and growth go hand-in-hand.
Though of course, it is possible to mature faster mentally than physically, or even the other way around.

It's not that I've ever wanted to stop getting older, but more like I stopped obsessing about it.

People obsessing over trying to get older is the most childlike thing I can think of, so it's just best to let what happens, happen.

Some of you act as if you are old from 20 onward I'm currently almost 19 and feel the same as I did when I was 16. I had a lot of Asthma problems when I was little and went into the hospital a lot but after 2 years of allergy shots and such I feel great. Excercise, a good mental state and diet can help. Stress really does age you and I hope all of the users here enjoy being young as I will regardless.
