I'll give it a chance, but as with other people, I'm sort of expecting it to be funny for reasons other than whatever reasons they may intend. |

| I'm looking forward to it, only because it has been rumoured for like... 10 years or something. It has a 85% chance of being terrible (IMO) and a 15% chance of being good. It has a 99% chance of being nothing like the anime/manga except for character names and use of the dragonballs though. Still... it could be interesting. I don't care at the moment since I work at a cinema and can see it for free anyways, so I won't be wasting money :D |

| Just from the pictures i've seen of it I've already dubbed it an utter failure. Right now my prayers go out for Cowboy Bebop, Akira, and all the other anime movies Hollywood plans to slaughter. (although with Reeves as Spike I don't much hope for Bebop either. and I can only imagine who they'd get to play Ed *shutters*) |

Some images were released recently: I foresee flaming because he's not Forest Green, but I'm still going to wait to see it before I make any kind of judgments, though. |

| u would know that goku is an alien not japanese, secondly the only asian characters are yamcha, chi chi, master roshi, and grandpa gohan. and the people who play those parts in the movie are asian, and thirdly(not a word but) if they took the anime straight to a movie it would completely bomb. |

| Yeah, I've seen the images on a site. I laughed so hard when I read the part of Piccolo resembling Jim Carrey as The Mask. Holy crappo! They remove the screencaps! But anyway, I hope the movie doesn't suck balls. |
