| It did well as a prologue, but if you don't plan to read the manga or play the game then you're most likely not going to like it too much. As expected from the beginning, Naomi and Seiko's scene was awkward to watch. |
| Yeah I really hope there would be a TV series as well. But I was totally disappointed when it's was censored. I understand when they censored Yuka's naked body but this is a horror gore game so I expected it to be so in the ova. When I finished it I gave it a 6 since I can't give a 6.5, if I watched it without censoring I'll probably would have gave a 7 instead. Though if there's a uncensored one then I'm going to watch it to give this ova a second chance but if all I can find is the censored ova then...well that's all there is. ~edit~ Ah, yeah it seems there isn't a uncensored ova and probably won't ever be one sadly. |

| As a great fan of Corpse Party, Missing Footage totally surprised me. The animation were pretty good, the seiyuu cast is the same of the game, and overall it was a nice prologue for what happens afterwards. Now I really wish to see a tv anime adaption of it, if they will make it like this OAV, I could really die happy. |
| Maybe they could make an anime if the extras from the game got included as flashbacks or something, 12 episodes of only the school would be dull if not handled right. Perhaps 5pb. will consider animating this after the Robotics;Notes anime. |

| WTF? Horror? Where? The first minute of censored horror doesn't make the show 'horror'. And adventure? Sorry, I have only seen 'comedy-like' elements in it, which was the best part and made me to give 5 for this OVA. |
| This is definitely something to watch AFTER playing the game. That opening scene with the kids getting ripped apart is spoilerish as ****. The relationships between characters feel like they were "supported" a little more, compared to just being dumped into the game, the titty fondling seiko and her sexual nature towards Naomi, the pussy Satoshi and his clingy sister, Yoshi and his love triangle involving Ayumi and Satoshi. I have mixed feelings about this though. Hopefully it's just a prequel and an epilogue to the game nothing more. |

| As a person that has played the game before, wow just wow this is well worth watching. The only thing i didn't like was that it was short, oh well n_n. -anyways for people that are wondering about the OVA having a uncensord version, Memories Of Fear (the guys that subbed the OVA on youtube) explains as quoted: "Okay, we keep getting comments demanding an uncensored version of the OVA, so let me clear this up. There is only ONE and ONE alone version of the OVA. It's bundled with Corpse Party 2U. At the time of writing, there is NO OTHER VERSION. Don't waste your time and energy demanding/looking for it. It doesn't exist. It probably never will, but I can't say that for certain, but for the time being, this is the only version .5PB has released. We'll let you know if/when an uncensored version releases." |

| I played the game but I almost not recognize most of the characters, appearance wise xDD The art was so different but good thing they kept the same voice casts which made me help them identify fast xDD I hope there will be a TV series soon, this would be very good horror mystery like Higurashi. This wont be the same as "Another" Damn that show. |

| As I played the games it was kind of decent add-on to all experiences I had with this series, but I believe that people who didn't play at least one part won't make much sense of it at all. But WTF censorship? Why? WHY? *pouts in a corner* All in all, I DON"T recommend it if you haven't played the game. As without the real stooy to back it up it may seem like some bullshit. |

| Pretty "WTF". Don't really get the story if there is any and too much censoring. I would say its pretty pointless doing all that censoring instead of letting us see all all the gore, but the sound effects were fantastic. With all the censoring, all I could see was a black screen, but all the screaming, flesh-rending, and blood-spilling sounds were still cringe-worthy. Also, the scissor's sound effect was very good. I could clearly tell as soon as I heard that it was a pair of scissors amongst all the screaming and other sounds even though I could not see anything. |

| I've read a manga version of Corpse Party before so I decided to give this a shot even though it's only about 11 minutes in length. Anyways, few thoughts: - Geez the beginning is brutal. All tied up and screaming there...wow - LOL @ Seiko-san. What a girl - Dat ending. I was hoping for a bit more but oh well.. 4/10 |

| The start was so sad. Poor kids. I've been wanting to play the game for so long but I dot know where I can download it :/ This was meh. I hope the rest is good cause I hear the games are great. Hopefully I can play them soon! |
