Just finished watching the stream. Can't say i'm surprised to see Nunnaly alive, but her declaring Lelouch and Suzaku as her enemies wasn't exactly how I was thinking it would go.

Well, this is quite an interesting episode I must say but it does depend on what themes we like or don't like that takes place in Episode 22.

-I don't think many people will argue that Nina is taken to a prison. XD

-For some reason, Lelouch is suddenly becoming ambitious so I'm not sure if this will bring harm to his character. Still, I somehow felt Lelouch is depressed towards turning his back to Kallen (who was important to him when taking part of the Black Knights), even though he suddenly became Emperor. It is hard to tell what his motives are at this point. I thought the beginning of the episode was interesting, when he made some changes within the country of Britannia especially the Numbers and Nobles scenario. An interesting motive of changing the country within Britannia.

-Battle scenario was a little weak in my mind, because it made the Knight of Rounds just pests to Emperor Lelouch. Still, I'm not going to argue Suzaku is a hell of a good pilot with the Lancelot. Lelouch certainly had his hands full with Suzaku when they were enemies back then.

-Anya (who is certainly the most interesting character in my mind from the Knight of Rounds) is still alive also. If she is, I wonder what will she be doing?

-C.C. is her usual self, but that is why I enjoy her character at times. :D

-I felt kind of bad for Kallen personally. The kiss scene between her and Lelouch was a nice scene in my mind though. Still, I'm trying to wonder if her feelings are really telling her to kill Lelouch. For some weird reason, I don't see that. I doubt a switch sides scenario will happen where Kallen ends up working with Lelouch again, but R2's complex story is very unpredictable at times.

-I was definitely not surprise Nunnally is alive, but I'm very shock that she declares Lelouch and Suzuka her enemies. Still when I look back in the early episodes of Code Geass R2, Nunnally wanted to have a world similar to what Princess Euphemia want. She just sees the ways of Lelouch being the wrong methods in bringing peace to the world.

-Three more episodes to go it seems. Despite the story being so complex, maybe we will get some nice settings and closure to end this series.

I cried, and I couldn't stop.

` Lelouch x Kallen will NEVER exist now and I'm pretty much emo. They were definitely my favorite pairing out of this series. The kiss was great, but god Lulu-sama, at least chase after her. D: Can't you see that she loves you?

` Lulu-sama is definitely abusing his powers as emperor, which made me hate the ever loving crap out of this episode. At first I thought he would be okay as emperor, but forcing all the nobles to become slaves and commanding everybody with Geass is a little extreme.

` Nunnally being alive was a giant rip-off. I have nothing more to say about it... I just can't believe that she wants to be Lulu-sama's and Suzaku's enemy. Seriously, what the hell is she thinking?

` Suzaku kicks ass? I'd never thought I say it, but I think that I like Suzaku better than I like Lulu-sama right now. D: I love how Suzkau didn't have to lift a finger to defeat about five knights of rounds. Nice going~ <3

Sunrise can just go ahead and go shoot themselves for fucking up an amazing series. This better have a good ending or I might just become a recluse...

I don't think nana declaring herself an enemy to lulu and suzuka destroyed her character. She probably knows lulu is zero and she said herself that zero's way of doing this is wrong. It would make sense for her to stand by her principles than ignore them and join up with her evil brother. Lulu did just try to forcefully take over the world and killed Euphy and Clovis.
She's probably a tool being used because lulu or suzuka won't kill her and lulu's geass won't work on her, even if he could bring himself to use it on her. I'm interested to find out how she survived and who Sayoko is going to side with, lulu or nana?

I don't know why everyone claims Nunnally has a Geass. Charles said it LOUD AND CLEAR that they made Nunnallly a witness to Marianne's death "but" made sure to cripple her so no one would question she was at the scene when the attack happened and so Nunnally herself couldn't remember nor do much about the matter. Meaning: Charles is the one behind her being crippled and blind.

Of course, I won't put it past this show to retcon things and throw some inane crap about Nunally having a Geass, but I won't believe it until it happens.

BTW, it's kinda ironic Suzaku's "Live on" Geass order it's now a sort of faux Geass power for him. I thought it was kinda neat how his "live on" order caused him to act in an unpredictable manner, hence allowing him to beat Bismarck. But I guess that's the lame part about the "read the future" kind of powers. He got his behind smacked good when he couldn't read him. Maybe he shouldn't have used the Geass in the first place and rather fought him fair and square. Would have lasted a bit more.

I liked it. Lelouch and Suzaku are clearly up to something... and it really makes me wonder what, and it has to be something good, since the both of them weren't exactly friends before...

I don't really like mecha stuff... so it was fine that the fight lasted only briefly. It wasn't important for the story anyway. Knight of one's geass did disappoint me a bit, since it wasn't really consistent with all other geasses... who all had influence on other peoples minds, while his geass gave himself just superpowers...

Nunnally coming back was kinda expected... the ending makes me wonder how it will continue. Lelouch being emperor #99 kinda implies there will be a 100th, and it could very well be Nunnally. But then again... predicting what will happen seems impossible. I wouldn't mind the series(/season?) ending with a plot twist... as long as it's a good one.

And like most of the people here, after looking at eclipse's release also, am more and more eager for this epic twist-o-lol to end so I can at least give this show a 9 for the entertaining part of it ... if that would be possible...

Also from what I can see I am sensing a death note like ending with CC taking Lelouch's life or something like that...

+ Seconding the statements that say " It was very awkward to see Nunnally declare war or Lelouch and Suzaku " ... and some time ago I’ve been spoiled by a friend with some stuff ... like 80-90 % of what I remember that he told me (tried to forget) did happen ... so I’m probably going see a

I HATED this episode.

I'm a firm believer that the story should've ended w/ Charles' death...
now I feel like the writers are just continuing the story for the sake of continuing.

I was in love w/ the show again after nunnaly and rolo's death, because it was finally investing time into the tragedy of Geass... but now

UGH!!!!!

I'm dropping the show if they continue into a 3rd season

I really want to drop this series but I have to see what happens next.. darn. This episode was equally ridiculous. Lelouch is wearing a wedding dress the entire episode and is being a cocky jerk, Rivalz and Nina get more screentime than necessary, and some more hax gundam battles. Oh and then Nunnaly is alive too. You'd think that would be surprising, but I was just like, "Well I knew this was coming." Just stay dead you blind little bastard. Random, inconsistent, hilariously bad plot ftw (or ftl).

Well, well.. Nunnaly being alive, no surprise. It was needed, cos if Leolouch has Suzaku at his side, then there's nobody who is close enough to him to quetion his wrong doings, and that's what Nunnaly will do. And thank God! I mean, I always thought that Lelouch is kinda a jerk, but still he has his owni ideals, which aren't that bad... but now going around and putting geass on everyone, trying to concver the world and possibily destroy it... well not really different from his father actuallly...

Can't decide to either rate this a 2 or a 1.

Seriously, the writing in R2 is like... non-existent. Crap is happening just for the sake of "advancing the plot". But then I think LOL what plot? And the pacing is pretty godawful as well.

And I was in no way surprised by Nunnally's survival or her being the "Final Boss" since I've been always joking with the Dark Nunnally theory, but damn Sunrise/Taniguchi. >.>

Congrats CG R2, you just made me pre-rate a series before it's over because nothing can save it from this crapfest.

This. Kallen and Lelouch was...nothing. That was the most pointless, asinine, and failed attempt at a dramatic..whatever it was supposed to be that the creators could have fostered. I am really upset that they brought back Nunnaly, as the series at least had a chance to do SOMETHING interesting with her dead and not holding Lelouch back anymore.
Elsewhere, a somewhat startled Warren Worthington III finds that he has accidentally wandered into an electrified east-side world of post-twist teens and watsui-ing teeny-boppers...

overall, this show is a great example of 'series that went bad'. just finish it already!..

You got that right. He's prancing around looking like a gay genie now. They are seriously effing up the ending to this. One episode Lelouch is killing off the Emperor because he's trying to force kindness on people against their will. The next episode LeDouche is geassing people into being his slave by the boatload.

I didn't mind Nunnaly coming back. I didn't think she was dead anyway much like a lot of people didn't either. They kind of made it a point to show that the aftermath of FLEIA wasn't like an explosion so much as it looked like someone came in and scooped out the settlement with a melonballer.

But my only hope for a decent ending now is that somehow the writers are trying to give us some misdirection with this lame plot direction so they can give us one last huge twist right before the end and we can all think "wow that was amazing after all." But it better be a friggin amazing twist or it's going to suck for everyone but the fanboi's.

i am disappointed at nunnally's return, she should die for good but now she going to be made used of again to fight her brother? give me a break.
i am still finding it hilarious that suzaku and lelouch are working together now since they have been fighting each since the beginning of this season, reconciliation between the 2 guys happened so fast that it is so comedic...and that knight of zero thing still made me laugh XD
and i love lelouch's new outfit in this episode, at least he is no longer in his uniform! yeah he is oh-so-adorable in his gay hat ^-^.
i am rooting for lelouch to stay alive at the end, even though judging from the current situation, he may end up the otherwise...but yeah i never know what twist sunrise will throw at us again, lelouch dead, lelouch alive, it is still hard to predict.
actually i am enjoying this season, i love all the plot twists because not only i find them intriguing but absolutely amusing, most of the time, they never fail to make me laugh! Really, half of the time i am taking this season like a joke ^-^

I'm disappointed :(

Why oh why did Lelouch have to wear the ugliest outfit ever! And that hat! Made me cry inside! I preferred Lelouch when he wasn't the emperor, he really lost something to his character that I loved so much.
As for the episode, there wasn't much to say, I guess the Leouch x Kallen ending is becoming only a dream now. The little flying castle in the sky was stupid and Nunally's entrance was upsetting only because it also ruined her character. The only person who I feel seems to have stayed the same is Suzaku, but that doesn't make me like him more.
It was harsh of Lelouch to reject Rivalz, but I don't exactly blame him, I wouldn't want to be around that blue haired freak either. Nina seeming like a good guy was stupid and Lloyd is now against Suzaku.
I'd be lying to say the episode wasn't entertaining, but it's not like I really enjoyed it. It was still a mess and I think even Lelouch is starting to believe that his life is just a long drama series.
I don't have anything to really say about next episode, hopefully Lelouch won't still be wearing the same outfit and if he is, he should at least lose the hat...permanently (burning it would be okay as well). At least we have Suzaku and Lelouch's true intentions for wanting everyone to hate them to look forward too, but it seems like Suzaku is going to once again get pissed at Lelouch by the next episode... Why can't they just stay friends for more than a week.
Maybe Lelouch can just win Nunally back by gettign Jeremiah to use his Geass-canceler, which should probably make her unblind I'd supposed. You can't get mad at someone for "healing" you, but that's just a stupid idea. Though, it should work right? Because in the last epsiode they explained how she became handicapped and such...

Haha, yeah that's probably how Nunally survived without a scratch. I was hoping she'd stay dead (even though I like Nunnally and all, but still, this is just stupid... guess it really is true that if you don't see their body stabbed through or blown up, they're not really dead >_> ). So they really did "find Nunally" (that dude said so from last ep)

As for going against Lelouch, not all that surprised. I thought that is she was gonna come back (which I was hoping she wasn't), she would be going against Lelouch, you know, just to give him even more stuff to contemplate and angst over XD (kinda similar to how when she became the governor)

Lelouch's clothes are hilarious, esp that hat of his. Those eye symbols remind me of Yu-gi-oh XD

Totally disappointed with the Knight of Rounds and how quickly they were taken out. And with Knight of One's Geass.. Lame! He fought for 1 min and was defeated quickly. Wonder why he had to seal up his eye like that (looked qute painful), and why he had to use it against Marianne... (he muttered something about that)

Agreed. Even though I'm cheering on Schnizel's side, 'cause Lelouch is just being a bully (to the United Nations). Methinks he wants to blow up the world or something 'cause he (at that point) believe Nunnally was dead and therefore has nothing to live for anymore.

Hmm, I wonder when Schnizel told Cornelia that someone who disagrees with them left, who he meant by that... I thought it was Diethard, but he's still there at that last shot. But maybe it's Anya, 'cause she was there at the meeting shot, and not at the end.

Nina is now under Lelouch's custody I guess, wonder if he's gonna make her make a bomb or something.

I don't think Lulu has fallen down to the dark side. He intended to show himself evil. The conversation between Suzaku and Lulu clearly indicates they have a secrete plan after conquering the world. Any criticism is premature. Let's sit back and see what happens next.

This ep had a totall different feeling than the last. Its almost like they were saying "how can we screw up this ep even more". The feeling of the ep was totally different than 21. I got the feeling that they switched the voice actors because they wanted to have a different feeling of emotions.

I hated the emotionless lulu. While i loved ep 21, this ep almost made me want to drop the series, but im already to connected..

Hopefully it turns around but this season is goona be a really painfully ending or seem like God actually exists.

Dremark...as we expected all along lmao! Nunnally pulled a ZZ on us.

Although, I do admit this "jest" of a plotline is very entertaining.

I'm enjoying it too, although this is pretty much my take on this show now:
