| I never expect Reiko to be the extra person. I always thought it was a student but wow, what a major twist. Who knew it would someone in the faculty? And I've been wondering ever since they found out how to stop the calamity: How does the dead come back to life? |

| Reiko being the teacher and the extra made sense, I still was convinced it was a student or at least a main char. I guess I was right about main char. I was sad Akazawa died, and he didn't even remember her from the flash back. harsh. I really didn't want her to die. liked her more than Misaki. glad to see they made a new tape at the end. all the random deaths still were too crazy. everyone going insane so fast and too many deaths at once. overall the series was enjoyable, the ending was a bit too hectic though. mostly made sense, still kinda annoyed Akazawa died. I wouldn't have minded a continuation of some sorts if not for her death. More on her past with Koichi and possible feelings. I'm curious how many actual survivors were there? enough to actually warrant a class still? looked like maybe 10 max. |

| Totally disappointed by the last 2 epis. I had hopes for this one but it pretty much killed the mood as well. From mystery it went to complete massacre and splatter and ppl died randomly everywhere. I half believe that the only ppl who survived are the main's friends... But the calamity stopped so no more deaths for those 5-6 ppl that remain...! *cough* Either way, way toooooo many plot holes and questions. I never bought this "I didn't want to tell you cause she was an important person to you (BUT I'll let it be killing ppl in the meantime and you are one of the candidates so I'm just gonna gamble with everyone's lives!)". She should have known even before Kouichi arrived there but apparently she was being too busy being emo and unsocial to BOTHER helping ppl >_> (I like Mei but rly... such a douche in this). Also disappointed at Mei's reflexes. Can't even move when someone ATTACKS you with a knife but then you can teleport outside in a second without anyone noticing.... Cause that sounds completely logical. At least if they hadn't made her look like the weakest person there, I'd believe she run out easier. And ofc she smelled Reiko outside since she wouldn't be able to see being inside surrounded by fire >_> And then the killer of Reiko... rly did look like Kouichi but apparently he wasn't since noone bothers with it... I don't know... I expected the last epis or at least the last, to blow my mind and it only blew my boredom to new heights... Rly disappointing ending. Even the revelation of Reiko being the dead one seemed not being able to save this but oh well, it WAS the most interesting thing there... I'll go reread the end of the manga. Way better than this crap >_> |

| wtf Ms. Mikami was Reiko? I could've sworn her hair when she was the 'assistant teacher' was darker... oh wells. I'm not too sure how I feel about Reiko being the dead person. They didn't provide many hints throughout the anime for her being it. The only striking 'evidence'/hint was when Kouichi's grandpa said 'poor Ritsuko, poor Reiko'. I don't think anyone here guessed it was her lol. It feels like they just retconned the evidence that points to her being the extra because the evidence that was present in the anime before this ep was too(?) ambiguous and subtle. Dammit, I was so sure that Teshigawara was it. ahahahahha. 5/5 8/10 ....and then Misaki turns out to be crazy murderous b*tch, and was lieing about Reiko being the extra. Nah just kidding. Everyone already forgot about Reiko sooo... xP. Maybe Misaki gave everyone an amnesia drug :D SHOOSH I'M HOPEFUL FOR A SECOND SEASON >:[ Especially when the last scene seems to hint at one :) EDIT: Hmmm.. it does seem that people did guess it was her lol. Completely forgot about the headaches, and for some reason I thought the bird was referring to itself when it said 'why Rei?'. Frkn Toradora.... xD |

| If I wasn't spoiled by someone telling me who the another was in a previous discussion thread, I would have enjoyed watching this episode. :( Anyway, great episode for those who weren't spoiled beforehand. 5/5 8/10 |

However, the manga is different in a lot of ways than the anime. As for a "continuation", there is going to be a sequel light novel at some point. Hopefully it will get a manga and/or anime adaption. | Awesome and clever ending. I figured it was gonna be the teacher, but didn't realise she was Reiko. That just makes things click all the better. Best show this season imo. 9/10 |

| This last episode of Another was a hard one for me due to Izumi’s death. Despite that the ending was totally changed from the LN since Mei is not dead but alive and the ED trolled us at Teshigawara being dead, Mochizuki and Mei along with Kazami. So Mei being alive with Kouichi opens up the possibility for S2 of Another like rumored. About the Death of Izumi, let’s see. Got me under heavy intoxication of alcohol and nicotine. Got me into taking a break and that is be cause having a poster of her with Mei really got me into thinking she was alive however with what happens in the spoiler  Really got to me when I was watching the episode. I kind of knew it before her death with marvelous flashbacks in the spoiler
About Izumi saving Kouichi, she really did save him from Kazami in the spoiler About Izumi VS Kouichi, ironically it became the turn around when Kouichi instead of calming down Izumi decided to go brutal on her or should I say failed in getting Izumi back to her senses. The first part of in the spoiler About Izumi VS Mei, it started very nicely in the spoiler 1. The rush of Izumi on Mei in the spoiler 2. The first collar pulling in the spoiler 3. The choked hold in the spoiler 4. The kicking of Mei’s face in the spoiler 5. The last part was what made the previous worse and way worst. Izumi abusing of Mei’s face in the spoiler So that being said the last of Izumi I can say was her cool stances in the spoiler About Chibiki being a hero, he really impressed me with his bravery TBH. For one he saved Teshigawara and Mochizuki in the spoiler About Mei, Mei was nuts just to walk around the place while it’s on fire here. After the crazy fighting with Izumi and being abused physically while she get defended by Kouichi, Mei’s faces and stance with the killing weapon in the spoiler  That Bench part was a nice setup with the sun but what bothers me of Mei is in the spoiler About Reiko aka Misaki the assistant teacher. At first I knew that she was still alive here and got only KO from the hit. Still what a creepy way here to first show her. Her begging for help and the show of her being Misaki the teacher in the spoiler Theorization of Mei’s Green Eye of Life Indeed that’s what I call it, able to detect if it's life or death. If you notice in the spoiler That being said I feared for Mei when Kouichi did not want her to kill Reiko here. While Kouichi was still freaking out here at the truth and despite all he still hesitates in all this with his face here. It’s really fucking unbelievable that Kouichi gets fooled in the spoiler 1.The fear she had and her assailant in the spoiler 2. The details of Reiko’s death of Mei saw in the spoiler 3. The dumping of the body of Reiko in the spoiler So it was quite the powerhouse to learn of such a gruesome death. Despite all that Kouichi got to be a man and finish off the job in the spoiler About Kazami Tomohiko, there surely SOMETHING FUCKING WRONG WITH THE STAFF OF THIS ANIME! WTF is up with him in the following,  Many may wonder? Well he is alive and I WANTED HIM DEAD! HE IS FUCKING SICK IN THE HEAD! SICK LIKE SHIT! Let me remind what this fucko did by order of MY RAGE! Apparently he is dead but my thoughts of him are still the following ones: 1. He throws a fucking kitchen knife at the girl in the spoiler 2. He pulls out the knife from that girl in the spoiler 3. You think he should FUCKING LIVE for how the girl looks like in the spoiler 4. He kills Matsui with a knife planted in her neck from throwing it in the spoiler 5. With the way his bloody face was and the fact that I PUKED AND GOT SICK due Matsui’s face in the spoiler 6. Attempted murder in the spoiler 7. Second attempt of murder in the spoiler My final verdict after 2 murders and 2 attempted murders is DEATH SENTENCE TO HIM! Therefore he should have died somehow and not be alive. The staff of the anime ARE MORONS TO LET HIM LIVE! It’s like saying killing is good as long as you think it will save people. FUCK THAT! Bad message. Scratch that apparently he does die. That guy just looks like him. I was a little fooled perhaps visually due to the resemblances but my thoughts of him stand as those I have enounced. Perhaps Izumi killing does make her earn more respect than I had for her. About the other elements, this is a list for other things I though of the episode:
Conclusion and Theorization. It’s obvious that it’s not over. They just stopped the Evil Spirit from having power over the living with a living body. It can still make shit happen around. Moreover I think it’s next move is Mei’s sister. Why? Cause it might already have control over Mei. I am not sure but that last smile of Mei looks suspicious. I don’t want to believe but my theory holds loads of truth in terms that the Evil Spirit knows how it lost. It might take control of that through a means of having some body that can attract Mei to her death or take control of Mei. That is because it knows Mei is danger to its plans. That Evil spirit is not stupid. It was using MERCY to not be killed with the fake person. It moreover knew who to tick into killing others with anger and wrath along with confusion. I think it plans to take control of Mei through her twin sister and she is still in the morgue or at least freshly bury. I suspect why the OVA will be shown is to flesh out my theory to her details. If I am right S2 might be more insane with the only person that can see dead people not being herself anymore. Finally it was shown that the only solution of all this is to redo the tape as a MD in the spoiler My final score is from 8/10 to a 10/10 MASTERPIECE of Horror! Wonderfully done! Remarkable, I wonder if the author has a thing for Lovecraft? Why the reference then? I shall leave it that. BTW a Image Stitch of Inn Keeper's wounds in the spoiler |

| Wow! AWESOME! Why? Misaki didn't die! I was sure she was gonna die :P Too bad the curse (or whatever it actually is) wasn't explained in detail nor was it actually "stopped" in the end, just merely delayed again. Well, I suppose it DOES up the the overall mystery and zeal of the series, so meh. |

| I was suspecting the dead to be Reiko but I thought that it's impossible cuz she's not even in the field trip. OMG WTF Reiko is Mikami Sensei? Mindfuck. So overall 8/10 cuz Kouchi didn't show any love for Akazawa :( </3 |
| Great endingg... overal 9/10 kinda got less scary as it went along Needs more explaination though into that curse and Mei’s eye Hopefuly we get an ova or another season would be great. |

| A Very Good Ending.... I never suspected the dead person is Reiko.... Only thing bad about this anime is "kill-each-other" scenes they introduced in last two episodes. That feels rather generic and dumb. Episode - 5/5 Series - 8/10 |

| This is the reason I love anime and am proud to say I'm an otaku. I watched ep1-11 in one night finally sleeping at 5:30am. And the week wait was torture So many twist and turns yet everything was so simple there was little to know fan service with is the way it should be for a dark series. many things I could say about this episode but I think that since the start of this series I wanted to say it but and after the last episode I give it a 10. |

| Now, ignoring the 17 pages before... The ending was great, the buildup... not so much. Half the episode I was thinking: PUNCH IN THE FACE! BITCHSLAP! BITCHSLAP! OMG, GETTING OVERPOWERED BY A GIRL, THE FUCK? Seriously, you'd think he's never had a FUCKING GYM CLASS in his life, that was pathetic. Also, on the whole series: FUCKING COMM-U-NI-CATE WITH EACH OTHER! The show would have been over two episodes ago, avoiding the pointless GET PSYCHO AND KILL YOUR FRIENDS drama. And other than that, I think the show was awesome as.. well, you know. |

| I like this show overall. I have only one complaint: why did they make Mei able to see who is dead? Although it helps making the characters more consistent (i.e. neither Koichi nor Mei would kill unless they are absolutely sure), but it actually hurt the plot a lot for me: when I saw that there was a person who could identify the extra using magical powers I simply decided that there are no real sensible clues as to who the extra is, and stopped asking myself that question. And although I couldn't have answered it myself - I just didn't remember most of the clues anyway - asking is and looking for the answer is what causes the thrill. |
