| Hm, I don't really agree as I believe she was quite an obvious symbol for the bonds Lelouch had with the life he had to abandon (and thought contained nothing of worth) while constructing a new one for Nunnally and the fact that there are actually people he cares for. She also reminded Lelouch of the fact that - although he did gruesome things - he could still be loved by others (besides Nunnally) the way he is and he should also fight for others. I think this is quite important in showing that he's not ONLY the cold-hearted, calculating bastard he seems to be most of the time. (Imo, I also believe that she was the only girl Lelouch might have liked for real, judging from the circumstances. But that can't be proven, so whatever.) And yeah, it's fine if you hate her, that's your cup of tea. I won't say anything against that. But come on, it's superfluous posting it four times...=/ I'm not going around constantly screaming that Rolo is a friggin' idiot (which I actually think) because it's childish. Though I appreciate it that you gave at least some reason for that. |

| Second time watching this show and I cried at her death again. This scene is also one of the reasons I can't listen to Mosaic Kakera (the 2nd ED of the first season). But it was the episode in which spawned four things. 1) My realization that I somehow supported Shirley x Lulu. By the end of the show, however, it became increasingly difficult to stay that way. 2&3) Jeremiah became one of my favorite characters, and so did Sayoko 4) Rolo became the third person I wanted to see die in the entire show, right next to Mao. |
| Seeing Lelouch cry and Shirley say she would continue to fall in love with him no matter how many times she was reborn... ;n; all my feels, man. I never shipped them together, and I still don't, but that's... Rolo, I began to think you were cute! I feel so betrayed! lol jk Although I knew his darkness and possessiveness of Lelouch would eventually come out as crazy, I didn't think that it would happen like that. With Lulu losing Rolo, he now gains someone who can combat against him [Jeremiah, that truly was unexpected], and that's good seeing as how he was only acting for Rolo anyway... Wow, which is pretty sad for him now that I really think about it, but I guess he's too messed up to be saved with "love"... he can't even accept Lelouch having someone else he cares for [Nunnally]. I don't like Rolo right now, but I can't help feeling sorry for him still... His locket. ;n; |
| Another amazing episode, glad that they both decided to help Lelouch, but Shirley made a mistake. Lelouch did not want to lose anyone else, and she went back inside and died (somehow). 5/5 |

| Now that I've seen it twice, it's even more sad than the first time. I didn't really think of Shirley when I watched it first, but now in the second run I realized that Shirley played a big part in holding Lelouch on the ground in some cases and how important she was for him. :( It would have been great to see Shirley as a great supporter for Lelouch, but Rolo-fag just had to go on ego trip because Shirley mentioned Nunnally :/ |

Although this episode was interesting especially with Orange that sort to seem have had a longer past with his mother and well seems to joined his side now but is he really on their side? But damn to really kill of a character now is quite sad when it just started to get interesting! New Op & Ed are also quite decent! |

| Great ep I honestly laughed when shirley died 1 of the 3 characters I find most annoying finally bit the dust although I did feel bad for lelouch. Also jeremiah coming over to lelouch's side is awesome id say he just gained a very power ally looking forward to seeing what happens next. |

| SHIT! FKIN ROLO! The only reason I'm able to remain steady is because I'm sure Lulu will make him pay. And this time he'll be deserving it. But I guess Lelouch can't be only winning. He won Orange-kun.. a very unexpected twist, but I'm ok with it. The new ending reminds me of one of the EDs in R1, I like it, even though it's not as good as that one. But the new OP sucks compared to the previous one. |

| Well I take back my previous statement about Orange-kun being a villain just for the plot's sake. I watched ep1-4 of the first season two years ago and didn't bother to rewatch it again...seems like I missed some things like Orange-kun remembering Marianne. Oops. Well that was actually a nice twist, except I'm not sure why he looked all evil when looking for Lulu, if the whole time they were on the same side...? Must be great to have another person with a powerful Geass on his side. Ahh Shirley's death. Her death should've made me cried, but it didn't...despite her being a very nice person til the end, trusting Lulu, I don't really understand why she accepts him as Zero. Don't tell me it's love and she trusts him unconditionally, because I mean not even Nunnally or Suzaku could forgive Zero for his ways. Not only that, she literally asked to be killed. Did she really think she could do anything to help Lulu in that situation? It's just bad timing. But I guess the writer(s) wanted to kill her off, and what a great time to do it. I see Lulu becoming psychotic (though he already has had a lot of on an off psychotic moments). I also wonder if Rolo really killed Shirley? And even if he did, we already knew he wasn't normal because of his background, so I wouldn't blame him because he would be, imo, acting in character. Btw, loving the FLOW OP. |

| I'm not sure why Orange joined... I was so positive that he was an enemy... O.O Sorry, I didn't like Shirley so I wasn't really sad that she died. Sure she could have been a good ally on their side but I didn't mind that she died. Her speech was kind of sad but not comparable to Orihime's (from Bleach) which was really similar. I like Rolo now, so I don't mind if he killed her.. :/ He's pretty protective of his nii-san. Btw, loving the FLOW OP. Same! |
