Can't that be said about every anime? Every modern story can be compared in some way to something that already exists. It's the execution that really matters and this anime is doing a pretty good job so far. Also, you 'missed' an S there. |

But, just mixing few anime series, using overused cliches (the same goes for harem series...), deus ex machinas, etc tells me that GC is definitely NOT doing a good job. Just like Fiat 126p is a poor imitation of Porsche 911. :| Also, you 'missed' an S there. I ATE IT. |

| Daryl kills his dad and that girl lol. I think I like him more and more XD Shu finally tells his friends about the Void ... and then goes to save them. So he can use more than one Void at once? That's certainly useful ... derp, of course they all help him though :S EVEN YAHIRO! O_O So ... singing and songs helps to heal people? That's uhm ... very ... interesting. Derp. Also more Inori and everyone waiting for Shu ... come on man, I certainly wouldn't be counting on him if I was part of them -_-" I don't understand why Inori wouldn't TURN AROUND instead of just standing there. Another Void user! I like him more than Shu already (those eyebrows LOL) XD Too bad Shu didn't die ... Gai got in the way :( I wonder if they'll kill him off ... it would be interesting if they did, but I somehow doubt it ... So those other guys with the tube and Haruka and the Scarface guy and Dan ... I'm still confused as to who's part of what and what the heck they're trying to do ... but it looks like it'll be successful since Inori stopped singing? I am so very confused :S |

I'm not a cliche hater; I enjoy well-done derivative works as much as the next guy. However, there is a point where it just becomes annoying. I think this show passes that point a lot, this episode being a good example. |

| The music really is great huh? I still don't see why some people hate this anime but I'm only halfway through so can't say for sure. If it's because of the plot then I guess I've already looked past it since I've watched anime with way more confusing plot. |

| I guess I'm just going to deal with all the typical anime cliche's and accept that GC is not going to bring anything new to the table. -It was a good episode, but Gai pretty much teleported in front of Shu. -Inori's voice can heal......... -The guy that steals Inori shouldn't be a surprise. At the beginning of the series Gai did say the capsule Shu used to become the "king" was one of 3. I vaguely remember that, so there should be one other person with the same power. Aside from the nonsense looks like we will get some decent plot progression. |
