| The suffering starts once again and it strikes with a cliffhanger of Casca possibly getting better for which we have been waiting since golden age arc ended with Eclipse. I hope she gets better as mindless Casca serves as comedy relief and gives motivation for Guts to do things but other than that... there is little else. It's been ages since the march to elven island started and let's not even bring up !!THE BOAT OF SUFFERING!! at the end. Hopefully it was not for nothing. Sure we learned few things but the main purpose was Casca. Right as for Haitus though... How about this theory. Right after anime ended Berserk manga went back on Haitus that is supposed to last till early 2017. If that really happen (with bersker we never know) it will mean that the berserk chapters were and will be coming out when Berserk anime is happening. In that case, we should all pry for as many seasons as possible as this could be possibly Miura's cure for hiatuses! |

If you consider how he draws it makes sense how long it takes, it's either quality or more (subpar) content. |

| I was surprised that there was no deeper negotiation with the "King" about Casca's condition. I have my doubts if such a deep seated trauma can be removed, even by him. A possibility I've pondered is Casca regaining her sanity, but at the cost of all her memories of Guts, Griffith and so on. In a sense, it would be a blank slate for her and Guts again. I wonder how much of Miura's hiatus has to do with him wondering how he'll deal with Casca now. Sometimes I think he writes himself into corners. |

| Berserk 347 : Inception lol Ok, sorry in advance for beating a dead horse, but could someone rationally break down to me why Berserk is so often on hiatus? Like, besides the Idolmaster jokes, the only reason I've seen people mentioning is that Miura takes a lot of time to be able to offer great drawing. Granted the art is amazing, but surely it wouldn't take him 2-6 months to draw a single chapter??? Right?? |

| A heartwarming chapter actually, why you guys so pissed about this chapter beside for hiatus ? For me there is no better feeling than see Guts looks relieved, I feel happy for him.. No one knows how Casca will be even after he regained his sanity, but at least after all the hard struggles, our hero get what he wants ... |

| Damn, thats a dick move to have a cliffhanger right before they get so close to healing Casca. The hiatus would have been a lot more acceptable in my opinion if the author actually resolved all this stuff with Casca being healed first. |

| The manga entered on hiatus some years ago because Miura created a new manga named Giganto Makhia to take a break of Berserk, and I don't blame him, it was a new work after 24 YEARS of drawing Berserk, all mangakas do One-Shots to rerfresh their minds a little bit. Then came the new hiatus on December of the last year, that hiatus was because the new anime adaptation and that Miura was engaged in the script, this new hiatus can be because of the second season. So when the second season begins to air, we will have new chapters of the manga. Now speaking about the chapter: Nice to see that Guts know that Caska will be finally healed after so much effort. The dreaming sequences were... interesting lol. I just hope that after this, the manga recovers that dark environment the story had before this arc because, Fantasia has been full of comic reliefs and although I enjoy some of them, I'm also tired. |

| What is with this horrific pacing? The chapters are so amazing & things just keep getting better and better but its like we get 3-4 chapters, hiatus, then repeat. Please pick up the pace already us fans that have stuck with it all this time don't deserve this suffering! On another note this should be pretty trippy. Can't wait to see Farnese & Schierke's reactions to this. They should have a better understanding of why Guts is the way he is. The waiting is rough but it really is worth it. See you guys next year. |
