| There have been a lot of opinions which have been very negative towards the female characters of Kiseijuu. In my opinion, most of them are actually pretty okay. The only exception being Murano, damn she is annoying. What do you guys think? |

| Tbh, even his mom was getting a little annoying. They aren't necessarily bad characters but they are pretty annoying. That "Are you shinichi?" sentimental stuff is just stupid. Take that from Murano's character and she wouldn't seem as irritating. Kana has potential, but for now she just seems to be following him around. That girl at the hotel was probably the worst though, imagine following a stranger around for the better part of 2 days despite him barely acknowledging you... |

| I think the human characters in general, not only the girls, but the guys as well, are pretty bland. They're not given much of a back story, they're not remarkable in any way. Shinichi is no exception: he was just an average guy until Migi became part of his body. |

The SS Kana has been torpedoed multiple times on it's way toward Shinichi island. I repeat, the SS Kana has been torpedoed. Reports coming in are hazy, but we believe the ship is lost. No survivors. May the sailors on that ship rest in peace, as I doubt they would abandon their ship. |

I've no idea why the high-school girls in Parasyte are such idiots. Literally the only worthy female was Shinichi's mom, who is truly a very good representation of a mother. It's a stupid boring episode after stupid boring episode. "Are you really Shinichi? Are you? Are you?" Shut up! When Shinichi went after his mom it suddenly became watchable again but then he came back after two episodes or so and nothing changed, besides his hair. Why all the girls are so dumb? Why Migi makes farting noises when he moves? What's the point of having the parasytes mimic the appearance and behaviour of humans if you can instantly recognise them just by looking? Why it always plays the same music over and over? I'll admit it's a nice piece and at first it was effective to hear such nice and sad melody in the intence moment. But they overplayed it to death. This stalker girl just died in latest episode and I couldn't give a smallest fuck even though I really tried. Why is this show so stupid? I've read the manga before watching the show and quite liked it but the anime is just awful. I was certainly hoping for the better. Madhouse dropped the ball here, guys. I'm watching it just to see a massacre that is going to happen later, but I'm certain they will be able to fuck that up too. |

| after watching 4 episodes, i'm fine with the side characters. i suppose they don't have to take others' place and no need to be more special - and they do remain simple and average, which is fine. ordinary students and others, that's it. :) but i'll tell more as i'll watch more episodes. right now Murano's "are you really Shinichi?" doesn't bother me :) as it's about an ability which is not an unconscious something parasyte-seeker thingy but an emotional attachment, closeness to a person. edit: i couldn't say stop to my brain (maybe i'm a host of a night owl parasite, lolz) and i watched more episodes. so i reached ep8 and still fine with the girls. i love their half consious, half unconscious senses behind their human being simplicity. not joking. :) |
