| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Watched the raw, yay~ Cute episode. I still think ep 2 is my favorite, but this one is cute. I am impressed by how much they manage to fit into one episode. As expected, they backtrack the manga and cover the water park stuff. They embellished it a bit, actually, making Naoki nicer O_O Poor Naoki is slowing being worn down, I think. His mom is diabolical, LOL :) I like how they reproduced Kotoko's drawing in Yuki's diary exactly how she does it in the manga, all uber-retro-shoujo-ish. Next episode is gonna be really rough on Naoki! Muwahahaha.... |

The show can't stay this simple and carefree the whole time or else no progress would be made. As you can see small dramatic things like the saving of the younger brother makes Naoki rethink how he feels about Kotoko. Overall one of the best new animes this season. |

| Really good Episode. I really like the Serie after all =) Irie like Kotoko already, but love... is a long way. The Szene in the bedroom of Irie was really funny :D He is gonna be a Monster ^^ |

| It was nice, I liked the scene in Naoki's bedroom, it was funny. I don't really liked the cliché in the pool, two characters had to be saved. Is the pool really that dangerous? lol |

| I'm so excited. each episode is absolutely amazing. I loveee kin-chan, and irie-kun too. this sort of reminds of a mix of marmalade boy and hanakimi which is fine with me ;) i lovee the little brother. "She fell in the pool, and i saved her" XD. why do i need to wait a week for the next ep?! |
| I think they're doing a great job with this series :D Yuki is so funny, I love how he interacts with Kotoko, and as always, Naoki's mom is very entertaining. One of my favorite scenes is the parents remodeling the house for when they get married xD They really are all crazy parents, haha. Kotoko going after Yuki was a nice touch... her cramping in the pool didn't really affect me much either way. |

I love when kotoko sneaked in his room "Dear God, dear Buddha, please forgive me" xD ahhh kotoko... the parts with the book, what an evil little brother xD the mom is hilarious, cant wait to see what else she will do. |

| I really didn't like the changes made in this ep. Especially the part where her leg cramps up and Naoki rescues her. Heck, he wasn't suppose to be there in the first place! (at least in the manga). Can't they just stay faithful to the manga? I don't mind them cutting out some stuff that's not really essential to the plot, but adding new (and albeit, forced) romantic situations sort of spoils the story for manga fans of Itazura N. Kiss. With that said, I really like the retro feel of the story. Lucky they never update the design at all. |

| episode 5 will be out when it is out. most likely from tomorrow-sunday. this episode seemed rather cute. but it bothered me that they skipped 4 months into the story... i mean... thats a lot. yuuki is funny, i liked his project a lot xD kin-chan gets annoying every now and then... but i guess that is because... he is supposed to be annoying xD lol at the parents planning the new house for the wedding... thay are so sure of themselves xD i love how kotoko goes from being a little mean to irie, to actually giving a cute face and thinking of love xD first rescue scene= cute second rescue scene= lame, but ok i guess... i love seeing kin's weird faces xD lol, kotoko can't cook.. she might actually be useless xD and then asking if its good even though she didn't cook it xD she is funny... Kotoko in ponytails >>>>>>> Kotoko in pigtails. and her sneaking in irie's bedroom was funny, the drawing she made in like... 30 seconds was even colored xD Irie teasing her was the best part of the episode... i guess God and Buddha did help kotoko xD lol at her coming back fast, and asking for help... though, irie hitting her with the ruler was rather... interesting. the ED is awesome, why can't the single come out faster? next epi.... irie's popularity rises. |

| This episode reminded me how much I love Kotoko because of how normal can be while still bursting with personality. ("Well, I sort of understood it when you told me" Oh, Kotoko, I so relate!) Yuki really won me over in this episode; he's such a brat, but he's a good kid at heart. His Kotoko Observation Diary was so cute! |
| This anime is great! It's getting better and better. Great characters. I really can't understand why you mind the animation style. It may be old, but some scenes are very beautiful and better than many other "modern" animes. By now the Ending Song is really stuck in my head. It's a great song! One of the best this season. |
