| Yeah, I don't think it's an overstatement to say Monica is the most timid character in the show at this time, or at least episode 2. Looks like she's assigned to guard another character without their knowledge. Not sure how I feel about other characters like Lana yet. This anime needs more time to develop them but Monica really needs to be more confident in herself. The Felix/Monica scenes were priceless. I guess she's not used to havnig guys being up so close to her face. |

| Returning to Monica, the role of 'Akuyaku Reijo' is really cool; i like this Isabelle's character development. It turns out Felix serves as the student council president at Serendia Academy, but Monica is very shy, she can't even approach the student council room. tbh, I'm not very fond of Monica's character development; she is shy and can't manage her hair. However, I do like Monica's new hairstyle. I really appreciate Rana Koretto, and I wish Monica had a character design like Rana. Monica doesn't look like a village girl.  Is the love flag raised for Felix first? It would be interesting if commoners and the prince could have a romance story. I can't believe Nero can transform into a human. The mastermind behind the attack on Prince Felix is still lurking, but this episode is really boring; give me more Monica some screentime to cast magic. |

| Looks like our little witch is doing better than expected. And she has her moments. It's nice to see that some people are nice enough to speak with her but it's also clear some are looking down on her because the way she dressed and her behaviour. Hopefully there will be no bullying tho. The prince seems to like her. Tho i wonder why no one questioned the power used with the flower pot. |
| I absolutely love everything about this episode, I’m trying not to be too dramatic but this was one of my fave episodes of the year idk, it just took me through so many emotions. I love Monica so much and you can already tell this bodyguard mission is going to be as rewarding for her, as it’ll be for Felix. It’s never easy to start at a new school as a transfer student, even harder when you’re a socially awkward introvert like Monica, but for the most part we got exposed to such a wide range of nice characters who are helping her settle in. Something about she and Lana’s relationship really resonated with me. Please tell me I’m not the only one who got a little emotional when they were talking about boring they both are and we see Monica’s laugh for the first time and hear her speech gradually improving as she gets comfortable 😭 little shit like that gets to me. Also love how Lana reached out to her first and did her hair up so she could be more trendy. You can already tell Lana is quite lonely herself despite her appearance, people still look down on her family just because they’re noveau riche. I’m going to love all she and Monica’s interactions Already shipping Monica and the Prince award. I love opposites attract ships so much. Felix is the top of the school food chain, charismatic, brilliant, whole package, and Monica struggles to talk to new people. Despite those differences, I felt an instant spark there! So many cute Monica moments today, I love how they’re calling her a squirrel and it’s so fitting she’s so adorable. Her hiding in the window curtains had me cracking up. We also see some hints about the trauma she’s endured that’s made her this way. Lot of good world-building and character introductions today, just making me want more and more of this show. | Yeah well, that wasn't exactly going according to the plan was it, but thankfully our heroine does not have a plan to begin with so it's all according to the plan as far as the things go. But she made her first friend, that's very good. |

| Monica may be still the worrisome Bocchi character, but thanks to Isabelle's acting, at least she got a decent standing. However, back at Serendia Academy, the Student Council's grueling of the treasurer of Aaron O' Brien being quite the nasty treatment aside, Monica still has a hard time getting used to school, given her tumultuous past, that classmates like Lana Colette choose not to discriminate her country bumpkin style. And sure enough, Monica got close to the Prince of Felix Arc Ridill enough through sheer coincidence, though getting him getting close to her wasn't what she expected, though she did save him from being hurt from a potential assassin. If Monica can't do, then Nero will force her to blurt at least a "thank you" out of her mouth, that's funny. And the convincing towards Lana to help her redo her hair, Monica is taking her first steps too in her interaction. But her having to hide again in the face of his assistant Elliott dragging her to see Felix, and reporting on the suspicious person she saw the night before that correlated with the flowerpot incident, Monica can't quite be that accomplice assassin, though she could be of big help to Felix to find the real culprit working together with Aaron. Come to think of it, Monica's unassuming personality just makes her fit into any role well, even a pseudo-assassin. With that said, however, how will she be of any help? |

| Another great episode. As always, Monica is being her timid little self and I love that about her. Shes super expressive as well. Many fun moments happened from her, like messing up her hair, getting scared by Nero in human form and nerding out about Felixs' build. Speaking of Felix, why do I have a weird feeling that he has bad intentions? I know hes the student council president and all but, he could be bad, right??????????? A little more character development from Monica this episode which is always a nice thing to see. 5/5 |

| Poor girl keeps getting in trouble. New girl is nice and so is the prince and his group. The cat can also transform into human, he's an amusing one. Isabelle acting evil was hilarious again and I'm glad Monica found a possible good friend, Lana. Some hints of dark past though. |

| What is this shoujo romance development, haha. "Abunai!" The story feels a tiny bit clunky. The scenes didn't feel like they flowed naturally from one to next. Enjoyed Monica's math outburst, though. Great animation and voice. |

| I still can't get over with how beautiful that Opening is. How could this go from cute to funny moments and then to a sad one, as if Monica's academy backstory wasn't sad enough, they hit us with another one from her childhood, and not to mention the classic "noble" environment she's currently in. So I guess her genius didn't just came from her being socially anxious but also because of her father, I also notice she's using the same teapot/kettle? that was on her father's desk... The treasurer got suspended and it seems like Monica is fit for the job, how high is her chance of joining the student council so she's closer to the target she needs to protect?? Her going off when she's talking about Math lol, it's just so fun when you're talking about what you like right??! Isabelle is my new favorite villainess, the amount of acting she'll go through just so she can bully help Monica with her mission lol I wasn't expecting Nero to have a human form! Also, do I smell a romance with the prince?? and we got some good looking boys in here too??? I need Monica to be happy with all these new 'friends' she has /cries PROTECC THAT SMILE  |

HAHAHA! :D it is like the entire UNIVERSE is averse to her getting a single thing right at any point in her life! :D this is friggin HILARIOUS! :D ahhh i haven't laughed this much or so hard at one single episode of TV in decades! :D plus she made the :x face like Kokkoro from 'Princess Connect! Re:Dive' made every time the MC Yuuki went and got into some form of mischief! :D hah! :D and her CAT! Nero is a hoot too! :D |

| I'll say it again the opening song is such a vibe, especially the visuals. As for the second episode it was another great episode, I feel like this anime does a really good job at portraying what a introvert actually is, like Monica in that regard is being handled very well. I also love how they show the difference between Monica and the other characters skills with Magic. Like in the beginning how that guy had to chant in order to use that ice spell and how Monica with the wind spell she used to save the prince from the falling pot, or the zoom spell she used was all used without saying anything and it really showed the skill difference more clearly. Again I hope they don't drag romance into this, Monica feels like the last character that would fall for someone considering how she is right now. Also I hope we see more of Louis outside of Monica's thoughts and worries. But I doubt it |
| Now that I get to see the OP more closely, it is impressive. The visuals in this episode are so other worldly. Regarding Isabelle, I hate to break it to you, but she isn't my favourite supporting character. Her villainess schtick barely even registered in the LN, but at least in this anime, she is given her moments. I like Lana better. See. If you liked the characters introduced this week, you will have liked the characters introduced in this episode, and there will be more. Also, Monica's backstory is being shown early, which is good. Monica is always filled with internal thoughts about arithmetic. She wasn't able to fix her hair because she thinks of it in terms of ratio and proper angles. It wasn't as conveyed well. At least, this is done well in the student council room. ______________________ This is concerning future episodes. The moment people realise that Monica Everett goes beyond the monicker Bocchi the Witch is the moment they will realise how good its plot is. |

| This episode was so fun, lot of enjoyable character introduced, Isabelle is still super funny, Nero is exactly what Monica needs as a partner and Lana a cute. |
| This anime has some fantastic characters. I loved Isabelle, even with her limited screen time in this episode, she perfectly nailed the "villain" role to protect Monica and help her feel more comfortable.And Monica? She's so adorable it almost hurts. Her clumsiness, constant bad luck and social anxiety make her so endearing. They even suspect her of murdering the prince, which is crazy, though luckily the prince doesn't see her as a threat. Now she has to figure out who the real culprit is...if she doesn't faint first from the stress. The best moment, and one that almost had me in tears, was when Monica asks Lana to teach her how to do her hair. She still doesn't know how, but that little step seemed so significant to me: it's probably the beginning of a beautiful friendship. It was a sweet and funny episode. Monica, you did great, I'm so proud of you. |

| Is this going to be romance. Except the Bocchi the Witch the entire premise isn't something new tho. Not so much different from "generic" villainess Isekais. I like fantasy school themes so doesn't matter anyway. Monica and her facial expressions is carrying this so hard. These faces she is making ahh..😭😭  Nero turning into a humans was a surprise too and Isabella with great villainess acting. |
| We already saw the opening last episode, which is honestly is one of my favorites this season, visually and the song, but not only that, we got the ending this episode and it's by the same artist. I don't look this up ahead of watching so actually a surprise. As for the episode, Monica such a silly goofball. Enjoying her freak outs. I know not everyone is fond of timid and extremely shy characters but I quite like them, especially when they're trying their hardest to step out of their tiny comfort zone like she did asking Lana for help with her hair. You can't help but cheer them on. Very much enjoying the OST as well. |

| There’s a *lot* I want to comment on, but honestly, the frames I captured are more than enough to express what I’m trying to say! The animation and artwork in this anime are truly excellent, and the heroine makes the show visually enjoyable—even though I’m not a fan of the overall story or setting. For a moment, it felt like a *shoujo* anime! That whole “being rescued by a handsome guy and suddenly his face is super close” trope… it's honestly one of the things I *hate most* in anime, and I always criticize it whenever I see it. But don’t get me wrong—this doesn’t mean the anime isn’t fun to watch! So far, it’s a solid *10/10*, even though the intro has stretched over two full episodes and we still haven’t gotten to the main plot. Still, the stunning visuals and top-tier voice acting definitely make up for its flaws. Looking forward to next week’s episode! |

| Even with how timid and overly anxious she is, there’s something I personally find rather endearing about Monica in terms of her character, especially given the provided flashbacks of her when she seemed much more happy and passionate only to be stricken with a sudden moment of shock, depression, and possibly tragedy. I’m probably in the minority for this, though. She was brought up this way, so it’d make sense why her social skills are essentially zero. No wonder why she went with voiceless magic. |

| I don't get it. Why would the council guy ask an unknown outsider to directly help them in finding out an assassin's identity? I know the writer is trying to make the prince and MC to get closer but that feels like an asspull way to do it. |

| I thought the first episode was a bit dull because of all the exposition. But this week's episode was much better and very fun. It's shaping up to be a really interesting show. |
