| In a way, I feel bad for Sophia. She just seems unprepared for the school she's in, or even life itself. Once again though, her encounter with Louis feels like fate. They're just destined to meet in this show again. Lol the barber. Not a bad person but definitely scary. |

| Sophia is so freaking pretty with her new hairstyle omg!! I love her sm She was gorgeous before, but safety comes first so having those bangs cleared out should help on the battlefield, and we got our first date with Louis! Louis is honestly such a sweetheart. Taking Sophia to get her hair done, paying for it and then reassuring her that her gorilla blessing wasn’t something to run from, but embrace. The gorilla chose Sophia because she’s so selfless and kind, that’s something to be proud of and is exactly what a knight should stand for. Anyone making fun of her for that is just dumb! I also loved how he told her that he knew being a woman would present unique challenges as a knight and that he was always available if she had any issues. God what a fella, now if only he were smart enough to see how popular he is with the ladies ๐ I’m noticing that all the people who actually matter, like leadership positions in the knights, are all really chill about Sophia’s blessing. Louis, the grand master and Arcient* Asterisk on Arcient because idk he kinda seems a little sus. Can’t tell if he’s down bad for Sophia or if he’s legit gonna go after her, ending was a little open ended. But it’s only the young idiots who are openly rude to Sophia about her blessing. Can’t wait for next episode |

| That hairdresser was scaring even me through the screen—I can only imagine what it was like for Sophia. But he knows his stuff, and Sophia ended up looking extra adorable. Louis definitely has an aura that attracts girls without even trying, but I never expected him to be a sweet tooth lol. When he asked if she was blessed by the gorilla god, she looked scared, thinking he might hate her. But of course not—I doubt he hates her. It’s more like he feels the same way about her as she does for him. Can’t wait to see Sophia in a dress! |

| Much better 3rd episode. She's still shy and misunderstanding things, but she's getting better and it's apparent that the knights will indeed be looking out for her. The funny thing, however, is that they're saying musket training when they are actually bolt action rifles |

| This episode was all sweet, the hairdresser was a really kind person just a little too passionate and it was cute how Louis told her that she got her gorilla blessing because Gorilla God saw how kind she was, so she got the blessing to help her protect others. |

| I think I'm done with this show :/ Why did this have to be romance. It's such a fun and silly idea for a show, but the romance aspects just completely ruin it for me, and I can't see things getting better from here. Why couldn't this just be a comedy? Why force romance and bland love interests in... This could've been a fun show but instead we've got 3 bland love interests, thirsty/jealous classmates, some big party coming up where I guarantee the MC will dance with one of the 3 guys, and a stuttering MC who will get flustered over anything and everything. I actually liked the MC in the first episode too, which is why it just sucks to see her get sucked into the romance part of this show :( @SugoiDekaiOppai dude I hate whenever she stutters. I normally don't care all that much but something about this MC doing it specifically just seriously rubs me the wrong way lol |

| Loved the episode, glad Sophia obeyed Ernst's order, since we ain't wanting nobody pulling our dear Sophia by her hair & either drag her around or throw her into a wall, a lady is precious, must protect. The order aside, loved that Louis and Sophia literally went on a date without realizing so, haha, it was so adorable and funny simultaneously. Firstly, Louis escorted Sophia to a hairdresser, to cut her bangs. Secondly, they want to eat sweets together at the bakery (excluding Louis gluttony), it was so cute! Their date aside, we finally got something out of our mute-boy Eddy, turns out bro's a nobility from the Feles family, which is cool & all, BUT JUST BLURT OUT YOUR BLESSING ALREADY, GOODNESS GRACIOUS. Cuz no way am i letting that Ryลta's perfected-copied emperor eye Eddy had in his eye before immediately shooting the wood dummy with a bullseye fly over my head, AIN'T, NO, WAY. Eddy aside though, Sophia should either make a dress herself, purchase one immediately, or ask any of Eddy, Isaac, or Louis to buy one for you, cuz ain't no way you going to the next week's party with neither your school's uniform nor your knight's uniform. Sophia aside though, excited about what the Royal Knights Commanders are planning, might they be thinking about whom to scout from within the junior knights? Dunno jack, since they ain't spillin' much anyway, guess we gotta wait to find out, & i'm all here for it. |

I think it's silly and had potential for a fun show, but for some reason romance had to be shoved in along with 3 generic love interests that completely ruined the MC. I actually did like the MC in the first episode too and thought she was funny, but watching her stutter, and get flustered over every little thing, meanwhile the love interests have zero awareness towards the thirsty girls at school and how they make the MC look... ugh. | Sophia being the irony of the matter in school, becoming the scrawny young female junior knight that even the Royal Knights' Grand Master Ernst Cheval notices that she needs a significant change in her hairstyle. But what to do when she can only try cutting towards having short hair while juggling her gorilla strength, Sophia desperately needs a hairdresser to do the job. And while the coincidence of meeting Louis in town and bringing her to his usual hairdresser to cut her bangs, the treatment she got was a glowing overhaul, while it's free out of necessity, with Sophia repaying the favour with him for some cake. As soon as both Louis and Sophia get into the cake shop, the assortments come out with the former's complete sweet gaze, and the latter's concern that she awfully stands out. Louis having to find out Sophia's gorilla blessing (which was inevitable anyways), though he seems amicable about it. As the trainings continue for the young knights, the musket training heralded by musketeer Commander Arcient Adler, who also notices Sophia's gorilla blessing, proves why he has the skills to back his claim. The school party being a concern for Sophia being underdressed for the part, while others like Arcient are slowly noticing her... |

I think I'm out. The barber was my hero for not cutting her hair off (like most lame anime) and he even somehow made her bangs longer o_0 but just the fact that she was there at all was ridiculous. "You're bangs are too long" <pans to all the male characters who ALL have longer bangs covering their eyes>9_9 I mean come 0N, I get it was just an excuse to interact with Louis but they couldn't have made up something less ridiculous? And then they introduce even more pretty boys (all with long bangs). There is just nothing interesting about this show, it's just shoehorning a bunch of tropes together and following a typical plot by the numbers. Shy wallflower girl (whoah is me I am tall and thin, she rather be short and fat?), suddenly catches the eye of every cute, popular guy, who are all really nice, and is hounded by a bunch of catty jealous girls. The gorilla thing just isn't enough for this to be "different", they barely use it. Maybe if she suddenly had a "I'm going to go for it" moment with one of the guys and her gorilla strength made things "worse" by crushing them or something but it doesn't even try that.

(Additionally, she was only getting talked down from the start, which Sophie herself explained how the school is "hierarchy" based, so people with a higher social status will talk down to others, this includes everyone in the school.. Sophie is not the only person that gets talked down to. In that school and country, this is a "natural order", so this doesn't really count as bullying unless you want to say the entire country, including the Royals are bullying her... LOL) It's the way that their world/ country is ran, literally the Royal's fault. The other reason is cause she's literally born from nobility even a small one... and is enrolled into a "Royal School" for Nobles and Royals. IF she had gone to a more normal school, I am sure there wouldn't be any incident, and she would have enjoyed a more normal peaceful life that she wanted. Also, I am unsure... if this "blessing" is being monopolized by the nobles and royals... since while she's traveling between towns at the beginning, we saw no one using their abilities to do anything... (including the guy with the broken down cart). so are the regular people "blessing-less"? Is this how the nobles and royals keep their powers and control? (similar to another series that had the same plot style where nobles and royals monopolized special powers to keep the regualr people in check) |
