| I found it funny maybe a couple times. Usually it's badly executed, and way overused. Like, they will make a character bleed and pass out in order to have an excuse to "end the scene without any actual romantic development between the characters". And the female characters are always so dense that they don't understand that a guy likes them if he gets a nosebleed. I wish this trope was used more sporadically. |

| @animegamer245: The hotel scene from My Dress-Up Darling would suggest otherwise on showing one. As for nosebleeds, I'm largely indifferent on them due to them being a common comedy trope to suggest arousal. |

I've never seen that trope in Western cartoons and don't quite understand why seeing an attractive character would cause another character to get a nosebleed. Isn't blushing enough? |

| Depends on the execution of the gag. It's often trite and unfunny, but when done right it's fucking hilarious. Look no further than the fight with the snot monster in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. |
