I love how they keep introducing the Negator Powers like Smash Bros Characters  |
| Could’ve sworn we had a break this week like pretty much every other show in Japan for the holiday but fuck if, I’ll take it Yea you can tell this was definitely supposed to come after the new year since half the episode is a recap lol. Tatiana’s backstory really broke my heart. Losing your parents in such a tragic way and then being auctioned off like a damn household appliance is awful. I mean imagine buying a person purely to keep negative vibes away from the house.. everyone attending that auction got what they deserved. Speaking of which, the direction during the scene where blind dude is clearing out the auction house was awesome. The constant switching between Tatiana slurping her feeding tube and the environment being lit up showed how desensitised and ready to die she was. David Prod always do great with those types of scenes. There’s also a great scene earlier in the ep after Fuuko befriends Tatiana. Couple weeks ago I wasn’t sure which I’d rather go with the union or being auctioned off, and after that flashback, I’ll take my chances with the union. Untouchable getting unleashed was so awesome. The “recoil” from her ability literally erasing people’s arms was crazy. I love how OP all the abilities in this series are. Makes everyone an important part of the story and every fight interesting Looking forward to the fight continuing next week. This show has been so under appreciated. |

| Who would have thought that Undead Unluck's streaming antics could get any crazier. This might just be a one-time glitch like that one time with Mushoku Tensei, so I'm not entirely sure if Hulu will be a week ahead, but let's wait and see… |

Yeah I absolutely love the manga, one of my favorites and I personally think it’s one of if not the best shonen I’ve read, but their need to pad the time in episodes with a recap, replaying scenes often, things like that are just killing the pacing, which is great in the manga. I feel the rating for this could be a bit higher without that issue. I can get past their strange refusal to show any bystanders in many scenes that originally had them, but these pacing issues are pretty rough. I don’t mind the cgi use tho personally, I haven’t had any issues with the animation. |

| Ayy thats how Tatiana and Fuuko become best friend after what has happened before. Glad for Tatiana to be able to find a better change for an unchange negator grandma Gina. Fuckin Andy reaction with his rod really priceless tho, wonder if the undead ability can makes him dumb like that xd. Tatiana past as a Negator. Fuuko and her really have the same past. Their negator ability destroyed their own parents in those young age at those very moments. That's how Fuuko emotionally also understand little Tatiana. Even though i must say that a fuckin messed up backstory to begin with... Well, all in all, that's the introduction of the ball brat, which not really looking like so bratty considering all of her backstory, you Andy. Her ability is so interesting, reminds me of Pain, without the pulling part of power, tho, but eh, shinra tensei already op so i can see it a good use for those kind of power. Shall Rip gonna be rip real for the next? |

| Another incredible episode. The best yet perhaps? Both Billy and Tatiana were incorporated into the story seamlessly, despite the fact we've learned practically nothing about them up until this episode. The structure is straightforward but I'll be damned if it isn't effective. While I didn't much care for the flashback in a flashback, with Nico having what he said just minutes ago get repeated for no real reason (other than padding), the two major flashbacks that make up this episode are well earned and exceptionally interesting. The visual element is also constantly improving it seems, even though it's honestly been pretty great from the start. I especially like the higher-detail, painted style frames used at the end to showcase the destruction of the ship. Not to mention all the gorgeous set pieces and action sequences we have as is this episode.  |
| WOOH, Hulu dropping the final midway episode before its airing in Japan, what a treat. Not sure if they're going to be a week early, but let's see. Negators vs. Negator Hunters, and the latter is quite the strong force. But turning back time a bit, it sure is a feud between Andy and Tatiana, with the latter venging for Gena's death at the hands of Undead. And amidst that feud, Andy exposing himself is an immediate emergency to the Union of Tatiana's power, which Fuko tries to block her vision from seeing Andy and admits that it's her Unluck which got Gena killed, which immediately stopped her self-explosion. All Fuko wants is to be friends with her and patch their relationship. Despite having a robot body, Fuko treated Tatiana like a human being, which she will sacrifice her life to stop the Negator Hunters. But being a Self-Targeting Compulsory Activation Negator, she negates anything that she touches from a young age, from being a young girl who unconsciously killed her parents to being sold by the mafia, then saved by Nico to keep on restraining her powers, though released as a deadly weapon of the highest degree as part of the Union: Untouchable. With Andy, Fuko and Chikara out of the ship while Tatiana rips a big black hole out of the ship, it's time to face Unrepair. Ending the year on the middle step here is impressive enough. |

| And here I thought this series was having its one week break. Looks like someone working at Hulu is a big fan of Undead Unluck, which might partially explain why this episode was released a week early! XD Either way, this episode finally delved more into Tatiana and her backstory. Similar with Fuko, her powers activated when she was young, which resulted in close family around her being killed off. Because of her powers, she became an easy target for the mafia to capture her and auction her off, which was where Billy arrived, killed off all of the mafia and gave Tatiana a new lease of hope to live on with how he had cake specially developed so that she could eat it. That part was a heartwarming moment. =) The backstory does show how difficult she finds it to control her emotions and open up towards others. The fight she had against Andy, which happened before the Rotten arc, showcased this even further, which did lead to Fuko getting involved and using her powerful words to calm Tatiana down and, eventually, the two became friends. Back to the present, Tatiana was able to showcase how strong her ability, Untouchable, really is, which destroyed the cruise ship like it was a thin twig. Thanks to this, Andy now has a good chance to take down Unrepair in order to save Fuko's life. It made for a nice cliffhanger ending before the final battle between them, so I look forward to whenever the next episode airs, whether it'll be a week or two from now. |
| Ah, I should have guessed Tatiana negation had something to do with touch considering she'd been in a dome all this time. Her backstory is pretty sad and the way she unleashed shows just how she trusts Fuko now, maybe not so much Andy though. Now it's time to make a move on Unrepair and see if they can make Unmove part of Union. |

| All that jumping around in time was not done very well it felt like. Anyway that's a pretty bad experience Tatiana had. At least this answers my question on how the negating abilities transfer. I was not sure if it happens at birth or to someone that is already older so it's the later. |
