A bit spoiler heavy tho Decent episode. Hard to believe pudding is actually cute! Sanji is rarely that lucky. So hot that the water is boiling? It's amazing that they haven't melted in that heat. A familiar face returns!  |

| The girl/woman who grabbed the big guy form the ear was similar to the one who befriended Nami in the Thriller Bark arc is that the same person (they never addressed her by her name)...? If she is not the same person then she is connected to this girl thus making her related to Big Mom??? So many question I want the next episode to be 40 minutes plus XD P.S. What da' hell the new OP scenes were spoiler heavy (showing Sanji's fiancé before we got to see her in the episode [the scene when he is shown her pic... because the OP showed her it lacked impact IMO]) |

| Good episode, nice changes in the OP. Definitely a little spoiler heavy though, they should refrain from showing them until the events have passed. I find it amusing how Big Mom's ship keeps humming "Ship,Ship,Ship". XD Sanji getting lucky as the groom, since when does he get lucky? :P I totally did not expect them to drag out the 3 panels about the story in World Economic Times as a teaser trailer. xD I'm liking Vito so far, he's kinda fun to watch. Poor Caesar, no one gives a shit about him. XD Brook's joke about becoming a mummy was really funny, I'm kinda sad he doesn't say 'Skull Joke' all that much anymore. Glad to see Luffy and co finally found themselves some food, like the VA choice for the person they teased at the end. |

| Pretty decent episode this week. I thought they'd show more of the WCI scenes in it since we're entering that arc. Majority of the OP still contains the stuff with Kaido. But after seeing how spoilery the few seconds of the new arc was, I'm so glad they didn't xD Poor Caesar hahaha. Vito being a germa fanboy was great xD Also did Tamago's VA change? He sounded different to me. VA of "certain" characters in the end did sound great. Perfect choices there. Excited to see them next week. | Nice episode. It was about time to have chances in the OP to fit with the next arc. The story about Sora from WEJ was greatly shown through these comic-like panels. Dat struggle to catch that fish xD. Anyway next week things will get more interesting as well. |

| They changed the end of the OP with some scenes. Looks pretty interesting even if it contained some spoilers. This Vito guy is so annoying. Rero Rero Rero.... >.> And what was this story of the WEJ? Kinda funny. The daughter of Big Mom Pudding looks sooooo sexy. How is that even possible? Sanjis reaction on the picture was priceless, god I missed that so much xD Seems like he will finally be lucky with a woman? :P We could see another familiar face with Lola. She really changed from the last time on the Thriller Bark. I would be surprised if that's not Lola. Luffy and the others having problems with food. Holy shit it was so warm the even the water was boiling O.o I wonder what's happening to Luffy in the next episode. And to top is all they will have trouble with the the real Germa 66? Can't wait to see that next sunday. |

| oh my god I can't believe Lola the Proposer is back! I found this episode very exciting because we finally got to see some of Whole Cake Island and get introduced to new characters. Germa 66 at the end... I'm so hyped!! |

| The ep. were quite good actually. I had actually hoed for a new opening, but same opening with new scenes is better than nothing. I guess that's how this lazy company get their budget lowest as possible. However, it's gonna be nice to see Jinbei again. Since we saw him in the opening, I guess Luffy and Jinbei will arrive at the Whole Cake Island at the same time. Will they get him in the crew after this? He said that he will join once he got Fishmand Island to safety. Let's see how it turns out. Anyways, it's good to see Sanji again. It's been so long since I have seen his awesome expression. The expression he had after seeing pudding-chan were hilarious. hahahah. xD Sanji met the woman that looks very alike the one from Thriller Bark and he recognized her. I wonder what's her connection with Big Mom. It didn't look she were that kind of girl. Could it be her twin sister? Luffy is in hunger crisis again. hahaha, I laughed my ass of f when Luffy looked at Chopper and said emergency food. hahah, I guess he were emergency food after all. xD So in the end they arrived at Whole Cake Island and they encounter a strange group. I can assume they are with Vinsmoke group or have connection with them. Can't wait for next week ep. So excited! |

| I want to commend whoever worked on the art/animation this episode because it looked brilliant! Kind of similar to early One Piece. It's so weird seeing Sanji completely separated from the crew, and I kind of forgot how antsy he is around strangers. Wonder what the hell is going through his head :/ Nothing really surprising for me this ep though since I have been spoiled about a lot of stuff in Whole Cake Island- including Pudding. Still great to finally see it happening though ^^ Tbh I think I have a bit of a soft spot for Vito lol Whole Cake Island definitely looks like it's gonna be an interesting location! |

| We got a lot more content involving Sanji’s disdain for his family. Being told of his father's wishes, having a fanboy of Germa in Vito, and having Caesar mention his Vinsmoke blood. In the opening it looked like Sanji was even imprisoned as a child or something, maybe by his abusive family of assassins. But regardless, Sanji is keeping his emotions under control. He’s hot headed and in love with Pudding but not nearly as explosive as you come to expect of him. This is a serious situation and he knows that. Adamant about refusing the marriage, he’s come here to solidify the separation of him and his family. I particularly liked Sanji’s line about only cooking for friends. While this is a lie according to him feeding anyone who is hungry, it did hold weight as Sanji trained in his personal hell for years, not for Big Mom, but for his friends. If anything will force Sanji to betray the crew, it has to be something heavier than those years on Kamabakka and I’m excited to see where this goes. Tamago stated that Pekoms got what was coming to him, which is what we should probably expect from an Emperor’s group like Big Mom. In fact, they think he’s dead or so it seemed from the dialogue. And if they were happy that he was dead for prioritizing personal feelings over Mom, to now bring along Big Mom’s enemies to crash such an important event, I’m slightly concerned for the fate that awaits Pekoms. He does hold loyalty towards Mom and his interactions with the family from this point onwards should be quite illustrative of their methods. Talking doors and singing ships, chess piece soldiers, outposts that will strike any non Big Mom ship, cotton candy rain, but the most interesting part of all, a woman who looked just like Lola. The theory that Lola is Big Mom’s daughter has been huge, and the idea that 34 of Big Mom’s daughters all look like Lola and Sanji’s fiance is the one that happens to be beautiful is just too funny. I also wonder if the Sora comic will come up again. Vito described it as navy propaganda to brainwash kids on the Navy’s righteousness and power. One thing that struck me as interesting was that the seagull was resting on Sora’s head in some of the art we were shown, and we know a particular former fleet admiral who had a seagull hat, don’t we? Is Sora based on Sengoku or is that reading too far into it? Hmm. Hitman Gotti is really cute by the way. |
| Sanji is pretty lucky to have Pudding as the female who he will marry because that woman could be the same beauty as big mom and i think sanji will not want that xD I don't know how the straw hats are hungry because in the filler arc they got food and that means Toei fucked things a little bit. |

| The whole comic book segment was a jarring and a rather ham-fisted way of introducing Germa 66 but I'll give it credit for how it was mentioned that comics like that serve as propaganda for children made by the World Government. Pudding looks absolutely adorable so I can't blame Sanji for having a moment of weakness for a second there. I'm very interested at seeing what his family is like, too! Could that woman be Lola's mother? She looks similar enough to be her identical twin so it's also possible that she's her sister I guess. |

| Welp cake island begins. So much stuff. Second half of intro was new. Including Jinabe return? He did say he was going to talk to big mom. Actually kind of surprised Sanji fiancé is hot. With how big mom looks. Didn’t expect that (also still wild that big mom has 35+ kids) Is that Lola or Lola sister? If i remember correctly she gave Luffy a beaver card after thriller Barck saying if you ever need help go there. So if she a big mom daughter maybe this is a sister that will help Sanji. Also how did they survive without Sanji cooking the first 20 or so episodes hahaha. Definitely looked like Sanji family in that one ship. This arc will obviously be very Sanji focused. Which is good we barely seen him last 100 episodes. I do kind of wonder why law and Luffy just didn’t decide to take out big mom before Kiado. Just go all out on her first. |
