Nothing wrong with Makima's voice, it's just that you guys headcannoned her with someone different when reading manga... It is a similar situation to what happened with adult Nelliel in Bleach.

| I will admit I was rather disappointed. But you know what, I'll try to see how Tomoriru's voice will pan out as Makima and even if the casts didn't go with what I want? I kinda respect what MAPPA is going for with the seiyuus as they went with the obscure choices rather than popular ones. |

| (Mentioning it beforehand, no hate to the voice actor, it should be obvious.) I don't know what to say, if the majority of the people did in fact think of her voice as a mature woman, that tells something. It tells her personality should (or expect to) have an acceptable/predictable range of voice. Saying stuff like "oh you just want her to sound like a mommy dommy" or " you're just horny" makes absolutely no sense (I will agree that alot of the fanbase of CSM consists of bad apples, all the woof woofs, Jesus Christ). If her personality was indeed that of a fairly aged office-working woman, it does need to sound like that, it also needs to match her body proportions. Not that anyone asked or you should care but I don't want to hear the "There are many things that humanity would be happier without, take for example blah blah blah" speech in a high pitched voice, I'd be expecting something more bold and perhaps even raspy. Buuuut then again, discussing this wouldn't really change anything at all, the production ended and there's near damn nothing to change it. We get what we get. |

| Lol. I don't really have a problem with her. Maybe sounds a little too young? But isn't Japanese voices a lot more different than western. That's something to take in. |
